Chapter 13 - Until We Meet Again

"Lily?" A voice astonished sounds as Lily stops from her business, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

The person runs to Lily as she meets her gaze

"Viea" Lily greets as Viea scoffs

"Quit the greeting." Viea shoves Lily away as she kneels down near the very beat up body of Leo, "what the hell did you do to him?!?!?!"

Lily simply sighs and shrugs, "what I had to do."

"HAD? YOU HAD TO DO THIS?" Viea stands up shoving Lily to the wall, "cut the bull already."

Lily sighs again and shoves Viea hard causing her to lose her balance, "shut up. You don't understand"

Lily walks away as her face darkens and she gives another sigh, one out of sadness, "no one can.."

Y/N's POV

"I..."

"She was my best friend."

WIN frowns at me as Minjaes expression turns into a mixture of surprise and...

Happiness?

"Was." Minjae asks as I nod looking at the ground

"She died." I say slightly quietly.

"Really?" WIN asks his voice matching mine, "how?"

I freeze and look away from them not responding

WINS POV

I exchange a look of confusion with Minjae as we both watch Y/N turn around from us and not respond to us.

She was hiding something.

And she wasn't ready to tell.

I stare at her for some more minutes before reaching out to pat her head softly, walking away from her and Minjae who was focusing on Y/N with an unreadable expression.

Y/N has been affecting Minjae a lot today.

Was she..

The one Minjae always found time to talk about..?

that could explain everything of his actions today..

But what if she wasnt?

I just hope you know what you're doing Minjae..

And if you tell her.

It seems Y/N had a close friendship with Lily.

She might not believe whatever we will tell her.

Minjaes POV

I silently thank WIN as he leaves us alone.

"Y/N" I say softly and smile to myself as Y/N turns around but I frown when I see her eyes near tears, "are you okay?"

She rushes to wipe her eyes and I frown more reaching towards her to ruffle her hair

"Don't cry. If you don't want to tell us what happened" I start as she freezes, "then Can you listen to my own story?"

I watch as she nods still not looking at me

In time..

I smile sadly, "let's go get some bubble tea first."
