I walked the halls with Y/N floating next to me. Valentine's Day was coming up in a few days and of course,almost the whole school was covered in pink,red and white hearts. It was kinda sickening to look at after a while. "Ew. Valentine's Day." Y/N groaned"does it remind you-"she nods"yea..." she trails off"GUYS!" I stop and look to see Rei running our way,a white envelope in her hand. "GUYS! GUYS! LOOKIE!" She screams shoving the envelope at us"uh-huh...what is it?" Y/N hums"it's a love letter!" She squeals shaking her hands"woah,you got asked out before me?" I cross my arms"this is unfair..."I mutter as Rei and Y/N laugh.

"So,are you gonna open it?" Y/N asks as Rei nods"b-but I'm to nervous to at the same time." Rei stutters"why?" Rei shrugs"I don't know why! UGHH!" Y/N then takes the letter"HEY'! GIVE THAT BACK!" Y/N floats up a little and opens the letter. She clears her throat and begins to read:
"My soft honey bun,
I love you with my entire being.
I would love to ask you out on Valentine's Day. Perhaps under the sakura tree?
Perhaps not.
Either way,I want to get with you<3!"

She finished"why under MY tree?" Y/N hums"don't they know some girl DIED under there?" She huffs clearly mad"AH! WHAT IF IT'S THAT UPPERCLASSMEN I LIKE?!" I glanced at Y/N who stayed silent"WOULDNT THAT BE GRAND?!" I nod as Y/N refuses to show any emotion or move.

"Anyways,what about you two?" Y/N jumps"hm?" She snaps"do either of you have a love interest or anyone you like?" I hummed to myself before finally shaking my head"nope." I said placing my hands into my pockets"I don't got anyone." Rei frowns"not even someone you like? Like...a small crush?" I shake my head"nope. Why would I?" I hum"nobody likes me." Rei punches me in the shoulder"take that back!" I roll my eyes"what about Y/N?" I sat glancing at the girl"m-me?" I nod"you gotta like someone. You're dead after all! You gotta have lots of crushes!"

Y/N blushes and soon hides her face. "I-I do like someone. B-But h-he doesn't l-like me back." Rei and I were both in shock by this. "Y/N,you like someone?!" She nods slowly into her hands"WHO IS THIS FELLOW?! I'LL BEAT THEM TO SMITHEREENS FOR NOT LIKING YOU BACK!" I slapped Rei over the head"she's dead. Of course who ever the boy is won't like her back. They can't see her!" I exclaim as Rei sweat drops"o-oh right..."

Y/N soon reveals her face. "Listen you two,it's totally fine. I don't expect him to like me anytime soon. Or ever...actually...it's just not going to happen. He's living. I'm dead. It won't work out." She shrugs"anyways,I gotta head off. I got some things to do!" She waves and soon teleports away.

"I feel so bad for Y/N." Rei says"your crush not liking you back? That's gotta suck." I glance at Rei and sigh sadly"this isn't the first time this has happened." I said"hm? Go on." Rei says"well..."I drag"Y/N liked some boy when she alive but he didn't return the feelings. And let's just say...it wasn't pleasant." Rei frowns and crosses her arms"and now this?! She must be feeling awful!"

"Y-Yea..." I stutter"she must be..."
