😸A LongLongLOOOONG Story😸

As I walked to my bus I flipped on my hood with a sigh. Rain, I love rain the soft tinkering could erase any bad feelings and run away with them off the bus roof clinking as the bus drove to my mother's school.

I thought back to lunch and the fact that Sonya's new boy friend had been an anime character, a grin crossed my face as I remembered how happy she was.

Lol Bakugou was surprisingly a good match for her spunky attitude and playful character. It was adorable the shy way she acted around him too, she was almost as shy as I am! Hah, not quite there yet sis! As the bus stopped I got off and walked to my mother's  classroom taking note of the overcast gloomy sky, that seemed to match my feelings better at the moment than really any words ever could.

(TIME SKIP BROUGHT BY BOREDOM)

I yawned as I finished feeding our family's animals, walking through the rain to the feed barn to put up the food scoop. While I opened the door I sighed, I do this every day, no one cared that I did it, I'm sure the animals appreciated me. But my family? I could say much less for them. No one said thank you, no I love you's, no hugs, nothing. If I wasn't here tomorrow I doubt they'd even care. The soft track of the rain coming down again knocked the thought from my brain.

Once I set down the scoop, as I got ready to climb out I heard a loud thump and a grunt of confusion then someone said, "What the...".

I froze, but unfortunately whoever it was saw the open door, and moved to escape the rain. I could hear them stop abruptly seeing me and I could feel their breath on my neck, making me shiver, with both fear and anxiety.

"Sh-sh*t a kid, well wear am I?", I slowly turned around to a familiar tall guy with blond hair in a funny, yet messy style. I recognised him immediately, my notorious crush from one of me and Sonya's favorite anime shows.

I slowly responded to him, "U-um w-well my barn I suppose?". I giggled at my own joke, but he just growled and I took a step back a tiny squeak coming from me. Memorys of being hurt in this same setting flashed through my head as I slid down and hid my head in my knees quivering, tears running down my cheeks.

The man intook a breath and got down and very softly, reached out and pulled my frightened form to his chest. "Sh... Please, I won't hurt you kid, not like whoever did this to you...", his hand softly brushed over one of the fading scars on the back of my neck.

At the caring and gentle and caring touch I started to sob into his chest my hands clinging into the fabric of his overly stretched shirt. He softly brushed his fingers through my hair till I visibly calmed down and he slowly let go.

A tiny sad sound came from me and he chuckled, "Ha, I'm Toshinori kid, it's nice to meet you! Sorry about scaring you though...". I slowly looked up at him and smiled shyly, "I-I'm Lilly, s-sorry about the j-joke.". He grinned and stated, "Hm, Lilly? I like that name!".

He ruffled my hair and I blushed, no one compliments me. Not without me pointing it out on purpose, or without me trying to change myself for them first. I got ready to go back inside quickly feeling my embarrassment running across my face in bright tints of red.

He watched me, I could tell he was noting things about me. My limp, probably the worst thing he could have noticed. I tried not to limp and earned a painful twaing of a needle like pain run up my leg and into my side. I crumpled, but instead of hitting the ground, arms gently pulled me back up.

"Hm already falling for me are you?", I blushed again and he laughed till he ran out of air and softly, and unexpectedly he pulled me closer and kissed my hair from behind. "You don't have to hide yourself from me, I won't judge you kid.", I softly let out a held in breath and relaxed, "O-okay All-Might.". And quietly added a tiny, "Thank you.".
