Maybe...just maybe if I was different, people would like me, people at my school...they...they ignored me, they treated me as if I was a ghost, for example in dodge ball, I was always the last one to get picked, and when they were throwing the balls...they didn't bother to throw anything at me...If it was just me and the last person standing...well they would declare the other person as the winner.
I just have an urge to push people away, truthfully, I didn't want to get hurt again. Don't get me wrong...I'm not shy at all- I've tried to make friends, I've tried! I've tried so much that I have grown tired of it.
I've always known I was special in some type of way...but no way did I think I would ever be a witch.

It was almost natural for me to quickly become attached to Alaric after all I was being shown around this unknown school full of people I have never met. "Hi!" a sudden loud voice startled me as I felt someone's own arms wrap around one of mine. "I'm Lizzie Saltzman! You must be new!" She spoke with a cheerful expression.
I turn my head to look at her to only see another girl, "I'm Josie...Saltzman..." The brown-haired one spoke quietly. "Nice to meet you both..-" I spoke awkwardly, I mean It's honestly rare for me to get the chance to even speak a full sentence to someone...
"Girl, shouldn't you be in class?" Alaric spoke to his kids. As I currently stared around the room blankly, I felt Lizzie's grip on me loosen. I slightly rub my shoulder, she has a rather strong grip...
Lizzie pouted while Josie just stayed silent. "Yeah, whatever! See you around new girl!" Lizzie waved, "Sorry about her..." Josie silently spoke giving me a small wave.
Alaric let out a small cough while looking at Y/n, "Anyways... let's continue?" Alaric spoke continuing to show me around the school. I nod my head as Alaric took ahold of my hand.

"Andddd-" Alaric spoke opening an empty dorm room. "This is your room!" Alaric spoke with excitement hoping that I would like it. "For an empty room its pretty clean..." I spoke softly slightly trailing off. To be honest I was expecting a dorm room more small and dusty.
