I was abruptly jolted awake, dripping in cold icy water. Looking around frantically, I recognised the familiar palm trees and barbecue grill of our new back yard. It took me a few seconds to register my drenched body and the fact that I was in a completely different location to the comfy bed I had originally fallen asleep on. There could only be one explanation for this.
"JACOOOOOOB!!!!!!"
His laugh echoed through the house as I made a straight bee line towards him, murder in my eyes.
"I'm going to kill you Jacob, mark my words!", I seethed.
"Woah woah woah", Dylan stepped in front of me just before I reached Jacobs bedroom, blocking me with his large figure.
"Come on Ivy, you don't wanna give him the satisfaction". I ignored his words.
"Move out of my way Dylan before I hurt you too", I threatened. I was practically growling at him but the big baboon merely laughed at my words. Luckily for the boys, Lexi noticed my anger and gently pried me away towards her.
"Ignore them. Go take a warm shower and change into some dry clothes. Dylan and I are going to make pancakes for everyone to eat before we get ready for the party", she spoke softly.
"Wait we are?", Dylan asked from behind Lexi which she chose to ignore.
I sighed in defeat and nodded my head but not before I shot one last death glare to Dylan. Jacob was still hiding away in his bedroom like a coward, so I decided I'd just have to get him back another time. There's nothing better than sweet, sweet revenge anyway.

An hour and a half later, the girls and I were finally done getting ready. I stared at the mirror, satisfied with my appearance.
My long hair was layered down and styled in beach waves, framing my face nicely. I opted for light make up in case I went for a swim and avoided any jewellery, only throwing on a pair of cute black shades. My outfit was my favourite. I wore a blue strapless bikini under a dark blue off the shoulder romper which was ruffled into a bow around the waist, made to compliment my figure. I paired it with some dark brown strapped sandals and a matching coloured purse.
The girls looked just as effortlessly pretty with Gabby wearing a black and white polka dotted sundress with matching black sandals and Lexi wearing a pair of denim jean shorts and a black frilled crop top. Lexi had her blonde locks up in a messy ponytail whereas Gabbys' dark brown hair was neatly styled into two french braids.
We met the boys downstairs before we all headed out. It was only a 10 minute walk from our house to the party and it had started at 2pm and it was currently half 3 in the afternoon. Lexi and Dylan walked in front, their hands intertwined. Their outfits complimented each other as Dylan was sporting a denim short sleeve dress shirt and a pair of white shorts.
Jacob threw his arm around my shoulder as we walked behind and I had my free arm linked around Gabbys'. Jacob also looked good in his all white outfit which consisted of a white tee, white shorts and plain white sneakers.
We could hear the loud bass of the music before we could see the party, signifying that we were close.
"WHOO PARTY TIME!", Jacob abruptly yelled out,
"RACE YOU TO THE KEG STAND BRO".In an instance both him and Dylan were no longer by our sides and were racing forward, shoving each other along the way. We couldn't help but laugh at their immaturity, it was like watching two infants.
