Daisy's Arrival: Ball

"Daisy, hold still. I'm not done." Lilith positioned Daisy's head again so she could finish her hair. After Daisy arrived, Lucifer announced her arrival as his second child and the younger princess as well. And right now, Lilith is helping her and Charlie get ready. "Sorry mama." Lilith smiles hearing her call her 'mama'. After a few more minutes, Lilith finally finished her hair. Charlie's hair was already done as she and Daisy  are already in their dresses. Charlie was jumping up and down, excited for her baby sister. Lilith stood up and told the girls, "You know where to go, right?" Charlie and Daisy both nodded in response. This caused Lilith to nod. "Alright. Start heading there now. I have to be there with your father when they make the announcement." And with a snap, she disappeared.

"Alright, Daisy! Let's go!" Charlie exclaimed as she skips to the door, but faltered when she noticed Daisy wasn't following her. "Daisy?" She called out. Daisy looked up at her with a scared expression. This worried the elder sibling. "Hey, what's wrong?" Daisy started fidgeting and looked down in shame. "I'm scared. What if they don't like me? What if I'm just a failure?" To this, Charlie just smiled at her reassuringly. "Don't worry, Daisy. They'll love you! And if they do anything to hurt you, I'll go and beat them up myself!" Charlie finished with a big smile. Daisy looked at her and saw her being honest and smiled back. "Alright." Charlie suddenly perked up. "Great! Now come on or we'll be late!" Without waiting for a reply, Charlie grabbed Daisy's hand and ran to where they're supposed to be.

After a few twists and turns, they arrived at their destination. A bright red velvet curtain blocked their view but could hear the commotion on the other side.

Then the curtains opened a bit, but not all the way, and someone started talking. "Now introducing, Princess Charlotte Magne of Hell." Charlie gave Daisy on last smile before walking through the opening of the curtain and into the spotlight. Applauses rang through the ball room, until the announcer spoke again. "And now, introducing the newest addition to the royal family, Princess Daisy Magne of Hell."

It was silent as everyone was waiting.

Suddenly a small head shyly peaked from behind the curtains. Lucifer walked up to the child and held out his hand with a bright smile. Daisy grabbed his hand and slowly walks out into the light, giving everyone a full view of her. Everyone gasps at the human-hybrid child that stands before them. Whispers erupted within the crowd. This made Daisy hide behind Lucifer's legs, squeezing his hand a bit. The whispers abruptly stopped and was replaced with applauses. The young gijinka shyly peeked from behind Lucifer, confused, completely missing the deadliest glares her new family was giving the crowd.

After the introduction, everyone began talking among themselves and others. Some came up to meet Daisy, some came by asking why she's so human but also a fox, and others came by to congratulate the family. The whole time, Daisy was completely shy and tried to hide herself, unintentionally making herself more cuter.

One of those demons who went to meet Daisy is none other than discipline gang leader, Lord Bertrum. Lord Bertrum is a demon who's a discipline enforcer for hire to most known overlords. He's also known as one of the most heartless, emotionless demon in hell.

Lord Bertrum was walking around, minding his own business, that was until something bumped into his leg. Glaring down with his gold and blue eyes, he saw the youngest princess staring at him in fear. "I-I'm sorry mister!" Daisy said, bowing to him. "Tch. Whatever." He said looking away from her. Daisy tilted her head, making her ears fall in one direction, and grabbed his hand. This made Lord Bertrum snap his head towards her direction. "What are you doing?" He asked in a threatening tone. This did scare Daisy but she ignored it and replied, "You seem upset, mister." The sight of the gijinka being cute was very difficult for him to hold it together. But before he could tell her to leave him alone, Daisy smiled and cheerfully asked him, "Do you need a friend? I could be your friend if you like." Daisy smiled at him. He had to pull his hand away from her and used both of his hands to cover his face as he takes a deep breath, trying to keep it together.
