Morning soon came, and Last night it looked like Simon and Jeanette's talk with their siblings did pay off after all. Jeanette was first to get up ,today was the day she was going sightseeing with Simon ,she reminded herself,it's just a friendly trip together... OMG I'm so nervous! she screamed inside her head, why am I nervous it's not a date or anything wondered Jeanette. "Get up guys!" Shouted Jeanette to Brittany and Eleanor ,they both had heard her, Eleanor got up cheerfully today is going to be a great day she thought. "But I don't want to get up!" Moaned Brittany burying her head in her pillow, what's the point of getting up I'm grounded ,she thought to herself. "Cheer up Britt,i know your grounded and everything but..." Jeanette said empathetic "But What Jeanette I can't do anything because I'm grounded!"she replied rudely. "Jeez Britt She was only trying to make you feel better" said Eleanor coldly as she jumped off the bed "yeah I know" she said sighing "Anyway Jeanette today your going on a date with Simon" Eleanor teased her. "It's not like that,we're just sightseeing" Jeanette said "keep on telling yourself that, sis"Brittany commented patting her on the shoulder. "yeah well what about your lunch date with Theodore, Eleanor" she asked curious. "It's not a date,Brittany's coming" argues Eleanor "I can't Eleanor I'm grounded,remember?" Brittany reminded her "Well your coming ok because it's not a date!" Exclaimed Eleanor Folding her arms "what's not a date?" Simon asked sneaking in the room. "Oh nothing Simon,just girl talk" replied Brittany confidently. ""Ok.."he said not quite convinced just yet "anyway I'm just here to let Jeanette know that we will start sightseeing in a couple of hours" he said looking over at Jeanette "ok" she replied as he disappeared out of the room. As everyone finally got out into the kitchen, Dave was making waffles for everyone "waffles,yay" said Theodore pleased. At the dining table Brittany was waiting eagerly for the chance to ask Dave a question that was definitely on her mind "so um dave.."began Brittany hoping this might be the right moment. "Yes Brittany?"replied Dave eating his waffles "Well I know I'm grounded but I have plans today with Elle and theo,please dave let me go!"implored Brittany as Dave thought about it for a moment and nodded his head. "Ok but only because you planned it before hand" answered Dave as Brittany looked up brightly. This made Alvin quite annoyed, "So Brittany's grounded and she still gets to go out but I can't!" Moaned Alvin angrily. "Stop whining Alvin" Dave said trying to reason with him but Alvin got up from the table and walked away. When the chipettes and chipmunks were finished eating their breakfast they went off to their bedrooms to get dressed for the day,Jeanette picked out two outfits she loved best, the first was a purple and white striped dress. the second was a long sleeved white top with a flowing purple skirt ,she couldn't decide so she turned to Brittany for advice. "Which one is better option 1 or option 2" she asked her holding up the two outfits in each hand "I think option 2 is more you but I think you should go bold like option 1" suggested Brittany.Was she telling me to be myself with option 2 or impress Simon with option 1? Jeanette thought confused. "Look Jeanette I don't think Simon will care what your wearing just be yourself" Eleanor said to her "don't tell her that!,the outfit is important if she wants to impress him" hissed Brittany "Well I was just trying to tell her to be herself Brittany"Eleanor said to her scowling. "Anyway, you should go for option 1" advised Brittany "ok option 1 it is" agreed Jeanette putting on her outfit, now Jeanette was all ready it was just a short time before the others were too. Brittany decided to wear a pink polka dot dress, Eleanor decided that she would wear a green sparkly dress.then Simon, was wearing a blue and white polka dot shirt while Theodore was wearing a green t-shirt.
