Personality: Basically a tsundere

Appearance: He has keeled blue scales, and his face appears more like a European dragon than anything. Because of this, he thinks he can pass the three tests to become an actual dragon. Problem is, he is really, really small. 25 feet long, to be exact

Ability: He can control water, and clouds. The drawback is that he cannot control much of it, and at maximum, only 75 gallons at a time.

Important note: He is the descendant of the king of all Imoogis, and has inherited a yeouiju as such. Most of the time he keeps it at home as it's power reserve is low, but with it, he can move 1,000 gallons of water at a time, using up the energy of the yeouiju that much more.
