Head cannon 1: animus magic glows when an enchantment is made.

Head cannon 2: Chameleon was with Kestrel the whole time under the mountain with Sky and Peril and uses Darkstalker's scroll for good.

Head cannon 3: Sky and Peril were raised with the Dragonets of Destiny.

Head cannon 4: (the big one) Deathbringer used the other scroll-(not Darkstalker's)-on himself. You'll see what he did later in the chapter.

Head cannon 5: Starflight has a bit of a British accent.

narrator: it had been a few days of planning, in that time Glory, Liz and Starflight were taken to the nightwing island and Canda began organizing her ragtag grope of rainwings who wanted their friends and loved ones back as well as give them some basic idea on how to fight and come up with a plan of action.

Canda: *looking at the 18 other rainwings, the dragonets of destiny and the dragonets she'd been watching* fellow rainwings and dragonets, today we are doing what the so called queens are too dimwitted to do. Thanks to Clay and Glory's findings, we have located a method of finding our missing friends and family. We won't let the nightwings do this anymore, we are going to go in camouflage and we will save the prisoners. They have taken 4 dragonets I've taken up watching over, 2 of them are my own. We are to go in there with low numbers and we will return with more than we left with. Later in the history of our tribe, dragonets will remember this as the day we took a stand against a foe with a tenacity for cheating others out of victory. We can vote on what to call it after we've done this.
