So Beyond Birthday (B) and Jeff the Killer are almost exactly the same. They both did not start off as killers, they both had something that made them want to kill, and they are both killers now. Also, since B not necessarily stole L's look, B and Jeff look almost exactly the same. They both wear White tops and navy or blue jeans, have messy black hair, and both have bags under their eyes, then again, so does L. Therefore, B and Jeff could be the same person in different eras or different worlds or this could just be a coincidence.
