"what the fuck!" Shikaku yelled slapping his palm on the table. It was the third meeting regarding the Ishigira scroll and Shikaku came up with one loophole. The loophole lay there in the conditions of the contract. It said the Yamanaka princess was to be of the pure heart. Shikaku came up with this conclusion that over here the heart meant that she shouldn't have felt lust towards anyone. The other conclusion was that she needs to be a virgin.

"This is the only option I can think of right now Shikaku." The Hokage reasoned. When Shikaku pointed the loophole to the Hokage, she came with the Marriage agreement that Ino has come to deliver.

"But why me?" Shikaku questioned. "Do you even know who I am and what our families are?" Shikaku was not calming at any moment. "I am her god father!"

"Shikaku I trust you with her more than anyone." Tsunade spoke making the Nara leader look at her in shock. "If there is anyone that can accomplish this task, ---"

"Stop saying this as a mission!" Shikaku got up holding his head in his hands. "This is someone's feelings and I cannot harm her feelings anymore." Tsunade froze in her spot at what she was about to conclude by what he just said.

"What do you mean by anymore?" Tsunade got up from her chair. "Shikaku, are you not telling me something?" the Nara leader huffed loudly and he looked at the Hokage for a split second and cursed himself.

"she likes me, she says she loves me but –"

"But, your relationship will cause a havoc in your already settled life?" Tsunade continued. "Do you by any chance, like her?" she asked the man.

"No. But I am afraid, me doing this will hurt her more than anything and she will lose her faith in love." The Nara man had his head down facing the ground. "Please assign someone else for this---"

"Will you allow any other man to touch her Shikaku?" Tsunade asked him, now angry. "Will you like that someone –"

"Stop there!" Shikaku yelled. Taking huge breaths in to calm himself he looked at the Hokage with pleading eyes and helpless face. The Hokage seemed to sense his discomfort but she also sensed the grief that this man was holding in his heart. "She already hates me." He breathe in ragged. "the scroll will lose its light by tonight." Shikaku was ashamed as he was saying the words.

"What do you mean?" the Hokage asked him, but found no one in her office. He was out of the Hokage tower leaving a shocked Hokage behind. As the words hit her harder in her brain, the Hokage dropped a single tear out of her eyes. "Why would you do that Shikaku." She sobbed.

Ino woke up from her sleep. The first thing she noticed was that the bed felt different, more comfortable than her bed. She also noticed the pillow was a little too hard for her knowledge and so she yawned while stretching her limbs. A loud hiss of pain came out of her mouth when she felt a sharp pain shoot from the apex of her thighs. Soon the events came crashing to her and sadness came over her face. Her already swollen face started to wet as new fresh tears fell off from her eyes.

She got up into sitting position and her pain increased by two folds. She noticed the room was perfectly kept. No, untidy arrangements or fussy books kept here and there. This was the room of Shikaku Nara. She got up from the bed in Shikaku's shirt and limped to the windows and opened one of them. The cool morning breeze hit her face making her close her eyes in relief. As she was touring the room with her eyes she started to cry again. Her body was sore, she felt sticky and dirty just by standing.

"You want to let people know that you slept the night here?" A gasp of fear came out and she moved back to hit the wall, giving a guttural sound if pain. Shikaku didn't move from his place and he stood there with his arms folded in front of his naked chest. Why was he not wearing a shirt? She then saw his eyebrow raise as if answering her own question and she looked down to find her wearing his shirt.
