CHAPTER 5

Sierra quickly followed her boss towards the elevator. The uncomfortable tension in the elevator was suffocating her.

Sierra was nervous and intimidated by the mere presence of her boss while Sebastian seemed oblivious to the obvious awkwardness in the air.

They reached the ground floor and saw Sebastian's chauffeur waiting for them. Seb put his hand out for the keys and they went towards his car.

Sierra went to open the back door of the car but was stopped by Sebastian, who then opened the door of the passenger seat. Sierra's eyes went wide. She never had a guy opening the door for her.

"Get in,Ms.Black,or we will run late." Sebastian said with that same stoic expression.

She got inside and Sebastian went to the other side and got into the car. Again,the ride was filled with awkward tension.

Sierra thought of engaging in a conversation with her ever stoic boss but then shook that thought from her mind. Biting her lips, she sighed tiredly.

Sebastian glanced at her.His eyes widen slightly seeing her biting her lips. Again, lewd imagination filled Sebastian's mind,but he reminded himself that she works for him and focused on driving.

Much to Sierra's delight, they reached the restaurant pretty quickly. Never in her life,had she been to such an expensive restaurant. She couldn't help but feel uncomfortable and a bit out of place. Sebastian sensed how Sierra was feeling but ignored it and walked forward.

The waiter recognised Sebastian and took him to his reserved seat. The waiter handed them the menu. Sierra smiled and Sebastian nodded.

Sierra looked through the menu, but everything seemed foreign to her.

Soon the waiter came back to see if they were ready to order.

"Ready with your order sir and madam?" The waiter questioned.

"We will have the Bouillabaisse."Sebastian answered.

The waiter wrote it down.

"Anything else for the gorgeous lady?" The waiter asked Sierra.

Sierra's eyes widened and she couldn't help but blush. She shook her head no.

Sebastian,on the other hand felt something he never felt before.

Perhaps, jealousy?

He glared at the waiter,who was oblivious to Seb's glare.

"Okay then, I will be back soon with your order" The waiter said before winking at Sierra, which caused her to blush again.

Sebastian glared at the waiter until he couldn't spot him anymore. He was so focused in glaring at him that he didn't notice Sierra caliling him.

"Sir! Sir!"Sierra kept on calling.

He shifted his gaze. Sierra stared at him.

"Are you okay sir?"Sierra asked.

Sebastian just stared at her.

"What did you want?" He barked out.

"Oh,I wanted to ask if i could go to the washroom?"Sierra answered bashfully.

Sebastian nodded. He waited till she was out of his sight then got up and went towards the manager's room.

The manager was surprised to see him suddenly at his office.

"Mr. Knight! Is there a problem?"The manager asked.

"Yes,I want you to fire the waiter at my table"Sebastian said.

The manager nodded. "Of course sir,what is his name? "

"Jonathan,I believe"Sebastian said.The manager nodded again.

With that Sebastian left the office. Thankfully, Sierra wasn't there yet. He sat back at the table.

A few seconds later,he saw Sierra. He just looked at her.

Soon, their food came in along with a new waitress. Sierra looked around and saw that the flirty waiter was nowhere to be seen.

The waitress set down the food. Sierra noticed that the waitress was trying to go close towards Sebastian,who was oblivious.

The waitress left and they ate their lunch.

Sierra was staring at the food and Sebastian saw that.

"Go ahead, eat it while it is hot, Ms. Black"He said.

She blushed and took a bite. She immediately fell in love with the food.

Soon, the waitress returned.This time, with two of her buttons undone. Sierra's eyes widened and she started coughing.The waitress looked at her with a scowl.

"Drink water, Ms. Black"Sebastian said. He then turned his gaze towards the waitress and his eyes widened at the sight as well.

"Do you want anything else sir? "The waitress said, while batting her eyelashes. Sierra just wanted to gag at seeing how she leaned over her boss.

"Just the bill"Sebastian said.

"Just the bill? "The waitress asked and Sebastian nodded with a glare.

The waitress sighed and went off.

Sebastian noticed that Sierra had a frown on her face.

He wanted to chuckled but he didn't.

Soon the check came and they left.

Throughout the car ride back to the office he noticed Sierra still had a frown on her face and her cheeks were red.
