Nick was scared, He could feel himself being drenched in in his own sweat. He was staring at those threatening bright eyes, which were staring back at him. "W-who a-are you?" Nick asked, however, there was no reply. He asked again..."Wh-who are y-" Before Nick could continue, he heard a loud and bone breaking snap, while the eyes continued to stare at him... The noise, of a body dropping could be heard. The room was filled with silence, Nick began crying and whining. "D-don't hurt me please!" Nick says with a squeaky and soft voice. No response...Seconds went by, but for Nick, they were like hours, suddenly, the door banged open as light from outside filled the room. The light made everything look clear, Nick was in the corner crying and sweating. While across the room, on the other corner, was a body, laying on the floor. Nick looked around, everything seemed slow, but he was relieved to see that he was saved. The person who had opened the door, was another student, who was a senior. "What have you done?" The senior asked, as he ran in and bent down on the still body of Dwayne. Nick didn't reply, he didn't know what to say. "I said, What have you done?" The senior said a bit more aggressively. "I-I don't know, I-i-it wasn't me!" Nick says crying as he runs out of the bathroom, rubbing his eyes. The senior sighs, as he picks the still body, and takes him to the infirmary. He waits there till the nurse checks Dwayne.

"He...He is not breathing...." The nurse says with a soft voice and a shocked look. "What?" The senior says as he holds his mouth with his right hand. He runs out and heads to the Principal's office. The Principal was busy doing some paperwork, as the door to his office opens. "S-sir..." says the senior. Nick was now in the school's basket ball court, crying holding his face down. He was so afraid of what was to come. He knew what people would say. He knew there was someone there and that he didn't hurt Dwayne. But he was so unsure of how he would tell people, as once the door opened, it was only Nick and Dwayne. Amongst the bushes, the same blue eyes, stared at Nick...not making a single sound.

By now, the Principal was in the infirmary. "How are we to tell this to Dwayne's parents...and where is that boy who did this. "I-im not sure of his name sir, but the kid is skinny, pale, and dark-haired" Said the senior. The nurse was shocked to see that this act, was done by a student, in their school. The Principal was worried about what he would tell Dwayne's parents, and the cops. And now, because of what happened, the schools reputation would be spoilt. "Go look for him, NOW!" Ordered the Principal. The senior nodded and ran out, and searched the entire school, and at last, found Nick, crying with his head buried in his hands on the basket ball court. "Hey you!" the senior shouted as he ran to Nick, and held him by his collar, picking him up as Nick was skinny and light. "Are you crazy? You killed that boy" Hearing what the senior said, Nick's eyes opened wide, his jaw dropped, as he stared at the senior. "W-what?" He mumbled ... as the senior put him down, and held Nicks right hand, pulling him with force to the infirmary. Everything started to go slow again, for Nick. "I...didn't..." He mumbled to himself, as tears flowed non stop from his eyes. He could hear the Principal shout at him, but everything was muffled, all Nick could hear was the sound of the wind, and his heart, beating. The Principal called the cops, explaining what happened, and then called Nicks parents. To hear what Nick did ... His mother was shocked and she cried and cried to see what had become of her young intelligent boy. She had never thought Nick was capable of doing such a crime. She was terrified of him now as she saw nothing less in him, than his father. His father on the other hand, was angrier, than ever, he clenched his fist as he heard what his son had done.

A few minutes passed as Nick sat there...The cops arrived and arrested Nick, by putting cuffs on his hands, and making him sit in their car. They took him to the station and locked him up. His parents arrived shortly after that at the station. They spoke to the cop, as Nick stared at them, crying. His father, gave Nick a death stare, so scary, that even the eyes he saw in the bathroom didn't match them. His mother was afraid of him, but still deep down she knew he didn't do it, he couldn't have. However, everything was piling up and making sense. Dwayne bullied Nick since childhood and perhaps a spark lit in him, that made him kill Dwayne. At least thats what she thought. Soon after the conversation with the cop was over, Nina, Nicks mother got up and came towards Nick. "What have you done..." she asked him, crying and holding her head. Nick could see how much his mother was affected, and he was so upset to see, that he had no proof to say that he didn't do it. "I-I didn't do this Ma...I didn't..." he said in a soft voice. Suddenly his mother looked at him with her tears still flowing down her cheeks. "A-are you saying the absolute truth?" She asked him. "Yes Ma, I don't know how to explain, no one will believe me" he said. "I will, tell me son, what happened?" She said with a pleased voice. Nick explains to her what happened from the beginning to the end. After he was done, his mother looked away, she didn't know what to say, all she could come up with was that he was lying. She didn't believe in ghosts or mysterious figures, or floating eyes. His sister arrived at the station shortly after, smiling. "I knew it, I knew he was a killer" she mumbled to herself.

Nick sighed to see that even his own mother did not believe him. His father slowly made his way to Nick, who was locked behind bars. "You are a disgrace, you are nothing to any of us anymore, never show show me your face again". His father said as he looked into Nicks terrified and wet eyes. Nick kept quiet, and sat on the ground holding his head in his hands, crying. His sister, Anna, chuckled as she made her way to him. "Oh you psycho, what have you done." She said as she smiled at him. "Shut up, and go away" he said not even looking at her, as he knew, all she came to do was make him feel worse. His father didn't want to stand there and see him anymore, his mother too couldn't bear the sight of him. His sister didn't care, and started to text the entire school of what a loser her brother was. She was a popular girl in school and everyone knew that he meant nothing to her.

A few minutes went by, and his family walked away, his mom hated to do this to him, but she had no other choice. She didn't believe him, she wanted to, but there was no evidence. Nick remained there crying. The Principal was trying to keep this incident quiet, he didn't want anyone of the students to know that one of their classmates, one of their own students, turned out to be a killer. Soon it was night, Nick didn't eat the food he got. He was so scared and so angry at that mysterious man who did this and got away. But at the same time, he was wondering, if it was actually him who did it, and he was going crazy, thinking it was someone else. He was questioning what happened, and if he is innocent, or not.

It was around 12am, at night, Nick was sitting in the corner now, still holding his head in his hands, but he had stopped crying by now. He heard a slight noise from across the prison cell. As he looked up, he saw it again. On the other side, through the shadows, through the darkness, bright, and blue. The terrifying, menacing, and bone rattling eyes. Staring at him, again. He sat there, nervous and very scared. He couldn't move. He was so terrified of what could happen on that ungrateful night. He looked at those eyes, as they slightly headed towards the gate of the cell, which was filled with darkness, as there was no light, the only light being of the moon, that shed its light, from the barred window of the cell upon him. He then heard a loud clink, as the gate slowly creaked open. He stared as this happened, not knowing what to do, he was scared to go near the gate, as the eyes were still present, but this was the best time to make a run for it, as the cop on watch, was sleeping on his chair outside.
