Drowning in sadness

She comes home goes straight to her bed
Resting in her school uniform
The uniform that kept all the pain

The pain she hid all day
She floods the room with endless crying
Time passing by

She doesn't stop
Her heart starts crying out
Stop! Stop! You're hurting me

She carried on crying
She couldn't stop even if she wanted to
Her mouth was in agony
From the times she tried calling out for help

The solid white colour in her eye
Turns red in the resemblance of her blood
The sadness is killing her eyes

Her heart begs her one more time to stop
She paused for a moment
Till she realised her heart stopped

Her body lays down to rest
The eyelids shut closed without any force
But by the endless force of her heart

There she was in the sea
The waves knocking her from head to toe
She gasped for air

She couldn't
It was that last tear that led to her death
Her sadness drowned her

There was no one to save her
If only she had listened to her heart the first time
The water gushes into her organs

As the sun starts to rise
The sun rays lifts her body to the top
Her body floats to the south side of the sea
Where everything had started going wrong

The sadness floats within her
