hooded figure surrounded the house in the forest on the outskirts of the city, they were all silent as they went towards the house that was lit up, unaware the occupants had already left long before their arrival

But no one had anticipated the arrival of the day walker, at first he remained hidden as he picked one by one off, their think black blood spilt and filled the area with the smell of death, by his third kill that's when he let himself be seen 

"I thought you were dead" The head of the pack hissed as Scourge smirked widely at them

"I'm too useful apparently~" He laughed darkly "And I'm not letting any of you near them"

"That's your mistake" The other growled

"Is it? Because I never broke a single law" Scourge snapped

"You had a child with a mortal! You broke our laws!" Another hissed

"Bernadette wasn't mortal" Scourge stated, it startled them, but a vampire from beside him attacked and in turn their head was cut clean off, and landed with a thud to the ground "My wife was a witch, and there were no laws against it" he moved forward towards the leader of the pack "So you tell me, what law did i break to get my wife killed, my eldest taken and forcing me to give my youngest to my brother's Eclipse?" He hissed and spat in their face, yet the other was stuck into silence "I hope your ready for what that basted of a King has done and what's going to happen, because if i have to I'll kill him myself"

those were the last words spoken between them before cry's of alarm rang out between Eclipse's pack and was the last of the Vampire court, standing in the black blood of his kin as he watched the green day walker walk away, leaving him as the messenger
