Pillow Cuddles

You were sleeping peacefully, hugging a pillow. This was the last night before Ariana came back from tour. During the time when she was on tour, the two of you have been facetiming each other daily whenever she was free. However, that didn't mean you didn't miss her at night. At night, you still missed your girlfriend's presence. So, you picked up a pillow from your room the first night and cuddled with it since then. Although it felt like you were cuddling Ariana herself while sleeping, it still came over you that it was just a useless pillow by the time you woke up from your slumber. This day was, however, different. By the time you woke up and checked the date, it was the day Ariana gets home from tour.

You sprang out of the bed and went to pick up Ariana from the airport. You promised her you would the night before she went for tour. You hopped into your car and drove to the airport. Since the airport was only 20 minutes away from home, you stopped by starbucks to get your girlfriend's favourite drink, and your own one before continuing your journey to the airport. 

"Y/N!!!!!!!" Ariana shouted as soon as she saw you. "Ari!!!" Your face lit up as soon as you saw her beautiful face in person. She came over to you and planted your forehead with kisses. There were paparazzis around but you didn't care, you just needed to feel your girlfriend's presence beside you. While walking back to your car, she asked you a ton of questions as you filled her up with what happened at home while she was on tour. 

"Let me tell you this, the night after you left for tour, I found a huge pillow to hug at night and pretended that it was you, I did that for the whole month you were away," the two of you soon enough burst into laughter. The both of you decided to do nothing but enjoy each other's presence in bed while watching Netflix for the rest of the day. You just didn't want to leave her side.
