Third Part

Hey everyone, I am slowly writing all the parts to my story, I will try to update weekly and on some occasions twice a week. Let me know what you think. This part is quite fluffy but I wanted to convey the closeness of the characters' relationships. Feel free to leave constructive criticism and comments of what you think so far. Thank you!

I was stunned. There was no way in hell this monster had found me so soon. I felt his grip on my arm as he began to drag me away from the hospital entrance. My body screamed No no no! I finally reacted and tore my arm away from him. "Leave me alone!" I croaked.

"How can I when we have much to discuss?" he said so calmly removing his sunglasses. I ran back towards the hospital feeling sick.

Once inside the hospital I looked back and there he frowned and walked right in following me. I began to run to the women's bathroom, I slammed the door shut. I looked around to see that some women were staring at me with unsure glances. I went into a stall and took out my phone. Who could I call? I didn't want to involve anyone else for fear this monster could harm them.

I came out of the stall once the traffic died down in the bathroom, and began to look around. There was a window but I would need to climb the sink and jump out. I began to climb on the sink as quickly as I could and pushed the window open. I looked out and began climbing when I heard "Oh my! Young lady, what are you doing?" I heard an elderly woman exclaim but I didn't give her any more chances to berate me. I jumped out right away landing on my side. I groaned feeling the impact hurt me, Then I realized the severity of what I had done when my stomach started to hurt. I'm pregnant, I can really hurt the baby.

I felt my stomach twist. Did I care about this baby? Did I want to keep it? I laid on the ground waiting to see if the pain subsided but it seems that I had unintentionally probably just lost the baby. I got up slowly and looked through the bushes to see if that monster was around and to my luck he wasn't. I made a dash for it, and ran towards my car. I turned it on and sped out of the parking lot all the way to my house.

Once at my house I began to sob, my entire body began to feel in pain, I wasn't sure why I felt so much pain but I felt the world was collapsing on me. How could I of all people encounter such a tragedy. I pinched myself hoping that it was all just a horrible nightmare. But it was all very real.

I stopped crying and just curled in my bed and fell asleep.

"You need to stop running, we need to talk. I promise I won't hurt you or our baby." He sighed. He was right outside my door. "I can't come in unless you let me, I am not leaving until I have the opportunity to talk with you."

What the hell was happening? I got up feeling famished. I made myself a sandwich and watched some soccer matches.

My phone began to ring. I reached for it seeing it was Stacey. "Hello?" I winced as my voice came out sounding raspy. "Hey were you sleeping?" She asked but then didn't wait for my answer "Listen David is back in town. He wants us to meet him for dinner tomorrow at his new apartment, we're going okay?" She then laughed.
"Of course, I honestly have missed that jerk" I laughed trying to compartmentalize what happened.
"It's not funny, I'm pretty sure he missed you too, and he's single!" She shrieked making me pull the phone away from my ear. "Great,I'll meet you there?" I asked, hoping to be left alone. "Sure thing tomorrow at 5pm!" With that she said her goodbyes and hung up.

I got up looking through my closet trying to find something decent to wear, I picked out a dark blue dress with tights and boots. I felt butterflies in my stomach just thinking of seeing David. As soon as the giddy feeling came it left. I couldn't escape reality, I was pregnant by a monster who forced himself on me. Who would love me after this whole situation?
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

I jumped, my heart was beating sporadically. I walked towards the door feeling uneasy. I knew not to open the door unless I looked through the peephole. Sure enough my worst nightmares were becoming real. He was there.

"I know you're there, I will wait all eternity if I must for you" His voice was like venom in my ears, as much as I wanted to escape it I could never forget it.
I dropped to the ground realizing the severity of my problem.
"Go away or I will call the police" I talked back through the door. He scoffed "We will talk." with that silence accompanied me.

I waited maybe a good 10 minutes before I got up and looked through the peephole again to face nothing. I sighed, relieved I went to bed and laid looking at the ceiling.
