Pocky ~ Oikawa x Reader~

Part 2

We walk outside and started walking towards the end of the street and up to the start of town. We made sure to head out to the cafe first to get alittle something before walking everywhere. Once we got our drinks and maybe a little snack or something we started to walk towards town with loads of stores and restaurants.

"So where you wanna go first (Y/N)-Chan~?"

I stop and think and I couldn't find anywhere to go except for the cafe we just went to which was my favorite in the city.

"Do you want to go and get candy or snacks maybe? Then we can stop by my house and hang out?"

" Yeah lets do that!"

I walk eagerly with Oikawa and finally making it to the store with the best snacks in town. We walk inside and being looking around. I of course pick my (Fav/Snack or candy) and wait till Oikawa was done. He picked out some Pocky. I did like Pocky and it was a pretty good choice and he bought 2 boxes of them.

"What's with all the Pocky Oikawa? I thought you were getting two."

"Nope, I changed my mind. I'm getting 4 ~♪♪"

He picked up the four boxes and payed for our stuff and we left. We decided to walk a little on the board walk that was close by. Then when we walked along it we started heading back to the house. He pulled out his door keys and let us both inside.

"My parents aren't home right now. Their on a business trip. They said they'll be here Monday." He spoke, leading me up to his room. His room was nice and put together, unlike mine that was a little messy but can be cleared up easily.

"So~ I-i have been wondering..." He spike low this time.

"Yes oikawa?" I spoke with a toned voice to try and make him speak up a little.

"Will you be my girlfriend (Y/N)-Chan~?"

I looked at him and was thinking... Should I say yes? Or should I say no? I don't know.. He's been my friend since I don't know when. We always hanged out and stuff I wouldn't think he likes me like this. But t he thing is I do also like him and he's a great guy but I can't understand why he would like me to be his girlfriend and be with him and stuff.

"(Y/N)-Chan?"

He caught me thinking and all I said was yes. He looked at me like I didn't hear a think he was saying.

"I said, will you be my girlfriend (Y/N)-Chan?"

I had to say something! I didn't know what to say. I looked shyly to the left staring at all his medals and trophies he had sitting on his shelf. I couldn't say anything, I wanted to tell him what I was thinking... I didn't know how to.

"Well... you see, um I like you too Oikawa... the thing is i don't know if I'm ready for a relationship yet.." I spoke, finally saying some thing.

"Oh! I understand (Y/N)-Chan.. it's fine. I can wait."

"I'm glad you understand Oikawa. It's just like we've been friends for a long time and you feel like a friend to me but, I do like you a lot thought Oikawa. You mean something to me and I feel like you should know." I blushed finally saying what I needed to say.

"O-oh... I get it.. it's alright! We can still be friends and stuff. I'm sorry about asking you to be my girlfriend. I didn't know you felt this way." I can tell that he really cares about me now. He must felt like this for awhile. " Well I like you because well you understand why volleyball is so important to me and you also feel the same way i feel about volleyball. And you're the only girl that understands and all the other girls just fall for me for looks. It's kinda annoying." He continued.

I listened to his words and everything he said was true. It was annoying watching at least 2 girls talk to him where ever he was. Even if I was with him or not. Even at his practices and at free periods. I hated those girls around him. They don't understand how he feels and only care about him for his looks. It's not all about looks do they know that!?

"Oikawa... I'll be your girlfriend..." I said with a strong tone in my voice.

"Huh?? You really would??" He sounded surprised.

"Yes oikawa.. I'm serious.." I finally started to calm down when he jumped up from his bed and ran out of the room. I started to follow him until I couldn't find where he went. I tried calling for him but he didn't answer. Where did he go? He finally came out of his hiding spot somewhere behind me and hugged me from behind and whispered,

"I have a little something for you~"
