Chapter 3: Just add Worries

When Kelly came to Ish, she saw Mama P, Miss Silvers and Grandma Quinn at the door. Kelly: o no, what are you doing here? Grandma: o, when I got back Mama P asked me "how is she doing?", because she send me to see you. So when I got back Mama P asked "did she find any new friend, and if so who are they?".  So then Mama P asked "is Chuck her friend?", and I said "no, he isn't.", but Mama P didn't believe me so she wanted to see it for herself, and that's why we are here. Ish; okay, but why are you here then? Mama P: well, we came here to check it out and how it is for you in the 1800's. Then Zoe, Lexi, Leo and Cody came downstairs. Leo: what do you mean with "how it is for you to be in the 1800's."? Grandma: Kelly, who are they? Kelly: they are my new friends, like I said "I have new friends.". Grandma: and how did you make these friends? Kelly: there are a lot of things that you don't know about me, but they do. Miss Silvers: like what? Kelly: can't tell you. Mama P: why not? Kelly: 'cause I don't want to, and you should know that already. Grandma: why did you join them and not us? Kelly: because they are like real friends, and they are good, and you are not really a friend and you are bad. Grandma: how could you say that? Kelly: 'cause it's true, and now you know everything you wanted to know, you can leave now. Mama P: fine then, but don't think you got rid of us. So then the OC's left. Lexi: what was that all about? Kelly: I will tell you, oh wait, I'll be right back. So Kelly went to Chuck. Kelly: the coast is clear. Chuck: great, finally I don't have to hide anymore.

So then Kelly and Chuck went back to the rest. Kelly: sorry, so what were you asking? Lexi: I asked "what was that all about?". Kelly: first we better go sit. Ish: is this going to a long story again? Cody: just listen to them for a few minutes. Ish: okay, fine. Kelly: so where are we going to start from? Chuck: I'll tell them, because it is my story after all. Kelly: okay.              Chuck: so it all started in 1864. When me and my sister were the protectors of the cookbook. So it was a normal day me and Rose were cooking a pie. Ish: what kind of pie? Chuck: mulberry pie. Kelly: with wepoes mulberries, right? Chuck: yes, so after we made the pie I cut two pieces out of the pie, I gave one part t Rose and on part for me. Then Rose said "I am scared.". I responded there's no need.". Then Rose took a bite of the pie and went in the cookbook, and I panicked. I promised Rose that I would save her no matter what it takes. So then I traveled to the 1960's and met Mama P, Miss Silvers and Kelly's Grandma. We some how became friends, and Miss Silvers taught me how to cook. They thought that I was using them, but I just wanted to be friends with them. So then one day I stole Mama P's morbium seed, because I needed that to save Rose from the book. A few days later Mama P's father got fired, they thought that I got her dad fired, but I didn't.. So after a few weeks there was the Pluot festival. So then Mama P said "give it back!". Miss Silvers said "I shouldn't have told you.". And Kelly's grandma asked "do you want to ride the Ferris wheel.". So I went with her on the Ferris wheel, and she had a caramel apple and she said "try it, it's really good, you should try it.". So I took a bite of it and everything went black, I just disappeared. So 50 years later I was back. So I wanted to try it again. A few weeks later I met Kelly, Hannah and Darbie. In the beginning they helped me until Mama P, Miss Silvers and Grandma turned them against me, accept for Kelly. So then the OC's trapped me in Lavender Heights, because they thought I couldn't escape, but a few hours later I was back, but in the form of Jake's body. Then a few days later Hannah was almost in the cookbook, but Kelly let me see the truth and saved Hanna and Rose from the cookbook. And I am still so thankful for that. So me and Rose went back to the 1800's

Zoe: so let me get this straight, you don't like the OC's and they don't like you. Chuck: they don't like me, I never had a problem with them. Zoe: but what is the problem now? Kelly: for so far what I think is that they don't want me to be friends with Chuck, because they don't like him. Chuck: they don't want you to be friends with me, because they think I am bad. Kelly: I think we still need to watch out, I don't want to scare you, but I think they are planning on revenge. Zoe: revenge, on who? Kelly: on Chuck or on all of us. Ish: well, we better prepare for it. Chuck: but what do you want to prepare for, we don't even know what they are planning. Ish: we'll just have to find out. Kelly: but how? Ish: I have no idea, but we'll figure something out. Chuck: yes, she is right we'll figure something out. Kelly: okay, if you say so. Zoe: do you need some help to defeat them? Kelly: no thanks, I think we can manage to defeat them. Chuck: the only way to defeat them is with magic.           Zoe: okay, but if you need anything just call us. Kelly: okay, we will.      Lexi: well, I think we will go upstairs to do some more research. So then Zoe, Leo, Lexi and Cody went upstairs.  Kelly: so what we going to do now? Ish: I thought that we could try to find out what the OC' are planning. Chuck: how? Ish: I thought with magic. Chuck: okay, we need to make a plan. Kelly: I think I have some recipes that can help.        Chuck: which once? Kelly: I thought In your head banana bread or a A guac through time. Ish: what is A guac through time? Kelly: A guac through time is a time traveling recipe. Ish: well what does it do?          Kelly: you can go forward or back in time for three hours. Chuck: and why would you use A guac through time? Kelly: well, I thought that we could go forward in time to see what the OC's are planning, so that we know what to expect. Chuck: if it means it will keep us save, yes lets do it.
