"Welcome to Diagon Alley"
Everyone stood in awe, simply just staring at the seemingly organised chaos in front of them. The feeling in the air seemed almost familiar and was comforting.
"Well, I've got to take young Harry here to get his school things. See you lot at Hogwarts!" Hagrid waved and walked off, clearly seen as his huge figure towered above the rest of the people in the street, with Harry trailing behind him.Arthur grinned and turned around, an air of childish excitement surrounding him. "Lukas, Vlad, would you like to come with me to get money out of our vaults? I'm sure we have more than enough for everyone to share for now," The other two nodded walking over and standing next to him, "The rest of you, go look around but meet in front of the bank, that's the big white building that's very hard to miss, in 10 minutes. Afterwards we can shop for our stuff." The group of three walked off in the direction of the bank, starting to talk about nothing in particular. The rest of the group stood around, not entirely sure what to do with themselves. Francis, Antonio and Gilbert all grouped together once again, deciding to leave them and explore on their own, quickly disappearing in the river of people that were everywhere. Roderich and Elizabeta linked arms as they followed suit, Alfred and Mathias going along afterwards. Milen decided to go off by himself and wandered away, Ivan doing the same. The final four stood quietly, silently coming to the decision that they'd group together.
"The bastardo left me behind!" Lovino shouted, crossing his arms and looking grumpy. Emil and Matthew giggled at him, while Kiku hid a smile, patting him lightly on the shoulder. The four grouped together and slowly walked further into the street.~Following Arthur, Lukas and Vladimir~
The group of 3 pushed their way past people, Arthur and Vladimir talking quite a lot, Lukas sometimes joining in. They stopped in front of Gringotts, taking a brief moment to look up at the magnificent building, then proceeded to walk inside. As they walked to a stand they realised how much height they'd lost. They stopped at an empty stand, a goblin leaning over to look down at them.
"We'd like to make withdrawals from our vaults, it's Arthur Kirkland, Vladimir Popescu and Lukas Bondevik."
"And your keys?" The goblin questioned, an almost menacing look on his face. One by one they placed the keys to their respective vault on the table, the goblin inspected them carefully before nodding and allowing them to go on, calling another to guide them. The intricate designs inside the building faded away as they stepped through another door, here it was dark and dim, bare rock showing for the walls a train track like thing cut directly through the middle, an old and unsafe looking cart waiting on it. The new goblin sat in the seat at the front getting ready to 'drive' the contraption. The rest sat on the sides, holding on to the cart and each other. The goblin released the breaks and they shot off below ground. They sped on over the tracks, round corners, over steep drops and down almost vertical ramps. The cart stopped, and they wearily got off at the first station like structure.
"This is something that I really didn't miss.." Arthur stated whilst leaning against a wall, his face had gone deathly pale and he looked as if he were going to throw up.
"I don't know what you mean! That was so much fun!" Vladimir shouted excitedly, Lukas just shook his head at both of them as he stood off to the side,
"Don't throw up when we are in the cart." Was all he said, waiting as the vault door started to open.
"Too much more and I think I just might…"~Following Antonio, Francis and Gilbert~
The trio laughed as they wandered through the street, every so often taking a break to look at items on display in the windows or in cases outside.
"I can't believe that this is real! It's awesome! But still not as awesome as me." Gilbert yelled, getting a few odd looks from passers by, as well as a few giggles from some small children who were out with their parents.
"Oui, I always thought that it was some kind of joke…" Francis replied, absently grabbing Antonio's wrist and pulling him along after he had paused to make silly faces at some of the children who had just laughed at Gilbert. He just pouted and pulled his wrist from the others grasp, walking alongside them again.
"I hope Roma- Lovino is okay.. I left him behind!" The Spaniard cried, realising what he had done, Gilbert just slapped his own forehead while Francis rested his arm over both of their shoulders.
"It's time for us to explore as our trio for now, without Arthur bossing us around!" Francis said, smiling at them both as they continued their aimless walking.~Following Elizabeta and Roderich~
The two walked around after losing sight of the others, catching up on what they'd missed as it had been a while since they had last talked. They both picked their words very carefully, aware of the mass of people around them and wanting to keep the secret safe.
"This is all very strange, isn't it?" Elizabeta asked, "I'm quite excited though!"
Roderich nodded and replied to her, "It is.. I wish for it to be over soon though. What if something bad happens back at home? I won't be there to sort it out, as I should be as it is my job." Elizabeta laughed at him, patting his arm as a comfort.
"Don't worry so much! Just enjoy not working for a bit and don't think about things like that!" She pulled him along and sped up her pace as they weaved past people, and looked at the magic that was being shown everywhere.
"We don't have to dress like them do we?" Was all that he said to reply, causing Elizabeta to laugh again, him quietly joining in after a small while.~Following Alfred and Mathias~
"Dude! Look at that, that's so cool!" The loud American pointed at almost everything, saying that phase repeatedly leaving Mathias laughing at his antics.
"I think that's cooler!" He said, joining in and pointing at something else causing Alfred to spin around and stare at him, before laughing himself. The odd duo got stares from the witches and wizards around them, all of who were very confused by the acts of them. The two simply ignored them and continued on with their little game, every so often pausing it to stare at something that seemed to defy any laws of science that the ordinary world knew.~Following Emil, Kiku, Loving and Matthew~
The largest group had decided that they wouldn't wander too far and had sat at one of the tables outside an ice cream shop. They were simply talking and getting to know each other better, each of them being careful with what exactly they said. For quite a lot of it, Emil and Matthew were giggling at the small comments that Lovino would add here and there, Kiku gesturing for him to not say them too loud as there were younger children around who really didn't need to hear what he was saying, but he was smiling at the comments too. It was Matthew who suggested that they walk over to the bank and wait as they had been told to. All of them agreed and they slowly made there way through the busy street to where they needed to be, staring at magical artifacts as they passed by them, but all working together as a group to make sure that none of them were lost in the crowd. As they walked Emil dropped back to be next to Matthew.
"You know, since you're sharing a room with me you can hopefully make it more bearable.. Being in there with my brother and the Dane of course.." He smiled at him, Matthew nodding and smiling back at his newfound friend.•°•°•°•°•
A/NHope you enjoyed it! I went through and added the different perspectives of the different groups. I didn't do any for Ivan or Milen since they're by themselves and would just be walking around and I don't think it would've been that interesting… I tried to also not be repetitive by adding small conversations between them and I hope it worked!
Stay safe and take care of yourself! ❤️
