CHAPTER 14

Lexis POV

I woke up from my nap and checked what time it was. The clock said 8:47 I groaned and checked my phone I had 5 new messages and 6 missed calls. The 6 calls from Jack G but 1 was from Ricky. 2 messages from Ricky and 3 from Jack G

-Jack- Hey Lexi why did you run off?

-Jack- Why are you ignoring me are you okay?

-Jack- please don't ignore me

Then I texted back

-Lexi- hey Jack I wasn't ignoring you I was sleeping and I ran off because I have good and bad history with your cousin

Then I checked Ricky's

-Ricky- hey Lexi I'm sorry can we talk please?

-Ricky- I miss you Lexi please call me back

Then I texted him back

-Lexi- look Ricky you cheated on your own behalf how do you think I felt when I saw you with Brianna? And I said LOOSE MY NUMBER!

then I deleted his contact and called Jack G

"Hello?" He asked

"Hey yeah Jack its me Lexi you wanna hang out and I'll explain why I ran off?" I asked

"Sure I'll be over  in a couple minutes and what did you mean by you have good and bad history with Ricky?"

"Like I said I'll explain when you get here now bye love ya" I said

"Alright love ya to bye" then he hung up.

I put my phone down and tamed my crazy hair I changed out of my old clothes and changed into a Micky mouse shirt, red pants and out my feather necklace and some braclets on with my boots.

I was planning on going for a walk I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling. About 4 minutes later there was a knock at the door I quickly shot up and ran down stairs on my way I tripped over my own feet and fell down the stairs

"OW!" I yelled but got up quickly and went to the door I opened it and there stood Jack G

"Are you OK I heard a scream" he asked

"Yeah I'm fine just tripped I guess come in" I said then he entered

"Yeah so wanna tell me about your so called 'history',with my cousin?" He asked

"Yeah wanna go for a walk while I explain?" I asked

"Yeah sure"

"Okay let me grab a sweatshirt since I'm a little cold" I said running upstairs grabbing my 'dead season' sweatshirt and putting my phone in its pocket I ran back down stairs

"Ready?" I asked

"Yeah let's go" he replied then we headed outside.

"Alright so what 'history' is between you and Ricky?" Jack asked

"Alright so here goes the whole story" I sighed "alright so you know about you guys bullying me and me moving but you don't know why I moved or behind the scenes at home shall we start from the being or when I moved here?" I asked

"Beginning" he said

"Well when I was 10 I was happy and everything when we use to be friends well that day after school had ended and summer began which is when hell began even though it was only 5th grade. Well I came home after school and my dad told me my mom had died in a car accident I cried for hours. Well after about a week or two after my mom died my dad he started to drink more and more each day and his temper got worse. And I guess he just broke he started to hit me and abuse me. Then it got worse every night. And in 7th grade you guys turned against me and started bullying me first by words but slowly you guys started to  bully me physically and I started to cry myself to sleep every night. But one night was special one night I will never forget. I was on my way home" by now I was crying not hard but not soft either "when Taylor Nash and Cameron pulled me into an ally way and beat me to a pulp that's why I never went to school on picture day in 8th grade plus when I finally reached home and my dad yelled at me and beat me till I was black and blue and then he raped me and this continued until someone saw me getting hit and called the cops and I got a new home in 10th grade I had no friends what-so-ever then Chris Collins became my friend and introduced me to Kean Lawley who introduced me to Ricky he was so sweet he convinced me to be a cheer leader. Brianna is the prettiest girl in school I should have known.
