~chapter 1~

Colbys P.O.V

"Thank you guys so much for watching! And I'll see you next week!" I stopped the camera and sat down feeling a sharp pain in my head while running my hands through my hair. 'This is the second headache today maybe I just need some fresh air'. I got up and went outside to get some air, but as I was walking out I see Sam and Kat slamming both of their car doors as they yell at each other. "IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU'RE A BAD BOYFRIEND!"Kat yells at him. Sam turned around furiously "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I GAVE YOU THE WORLD KAT AND NOW YOU HAVE THROWN IT ALL AWAY!" Sam yells as tears started to fill his eyes. Kat then raised her hand 'is she going to hit him?!' I ran up in front of sam in a protecting manner "What the hell were you about to do?!" I said in a stern voice as kat looked up at me. Sam then mumbles "im sorry.. i cant keep doing this we are over kat.." Kat then gasped as if she forgot how to breath

"Sam wait! please no! I'm sorry!" She frowned and looked at Sam from behind me. Sam smiled "I.. accept your apology" I turned around confused "does that mean you both are together still?" Sam then nodded "of course Colby! Why would I break up with someone that I don't want to hurt" Sam smiled and pats my back "I'll see you later Colby!" Sam says with a smile as he grabs Kat's hand and runs off into the house. I sighed softly 'i need something to lower my stress' I called Corey to see if he could help me out. "Hey bro!" "Oh uh Hey Corey! I have a question" "what is it?"
"Remember that prank you did on sam and Kat a while back?" "Yeah" "where'd you get the cigarettes from?" "The corner store..why'd you ask?" "I uhm doing a prank on a friend.. anyways uh thanks!" I hang up quickly in a panic. I went back into the trap house to go grab my car keys but instead, I find Corey sitting on my bed with my keys in his hand. "Going somewhere?" He snickered "yes actually so I'm going to need-" I was interrupted by Corey "let me join in on the prank Colby" Corey smiles as he handed me the car keys. "Sorry, but you can't..uhm...you could ride with me if you want" Corey nods "okay then let's go!" We went outside and got into the car "so where is that corner store?" "It's right around the corner" we looked at each other and laughed "oh really?" Corey nods as he wipes under his eye from laughing too hard "yeah" We drove to the store and went inside "hey can I get a pack cigarettes?" The cashier nodded "may I see ID please?" "Oh sure" I took out my ID nervously and handed it to the cashier. "Thank you.." They looked at my ID and looked back up "Cole?" I nodded"yeah that's me" I smile nervously. "Have you ever bought cigarettes before young man?" The cashier says as they handed me my ID back. "No this is my first time" I mumble while I messed with my rings on my finger. "Well, that will be 8$" I gave them the money and they handed me the cigarettes. "Be a careful kid! Cigarettes can ruin you like real quick!" I nodded my head "yeah yeah thank you!" I grabbed Corey and walked out. "So who are you gonna do it to Colby?" I turned on the car "what do you mean?" Corey tilted his head "the prank silly!" I remember what I said and laughed "oh yeah! I'm planning it next month" he nodded "okay then! Back to the trap house!" We drove back to the house and I saw Sam sitting outside. "Sam it's cold get back inside!" I yell as I closed my car door.
"Don't worry I'm fine! I was waiting for you" Sam says with a smile. I sighed and smiled "well it's getting dark so you go ahead and head inside" Sam nods "alright Colby" I ran upstairs to my room and shut the door softly "where's my lighter?" I looked around my desk where my computer and some of my rings were

To find my lighter in a cup of water. "How did it-" I then hear a knock on my door as the sound of the door slowly opened "you really thought you were going to smoke Colby" I turned around to see Corey at the entrance of my room. "I-i can explain-" "then explain Colby" Corey crossed his arms and look at me. I started to look for an explanation but I couldn't find any. "Colby, what's going on bro?" I shook my head "nothing I'm fine just a little stressed" Corey sighed "you just rest early, I'll tell everyone that your feeling unwell" I nodded and took off my shoes. "Okay then" i laid down and closed my eyes instantly falling into a deep sleep.
