That night, he was so gentle. Even if he hurt her, the pain felt sweet.

However, right now, Y/N felt like she would die from the pain.

There was no joy nor excitement in this – only endless torture.

For her, she was really in pain; not just physically but also in her heart.

Y/N suddenly regretted personally coming over to hand him the script. She should have asked Jisoo to come.

Perhaps she should have listened to the assistants when she overheard them saying that he was in a terrible mood after his tantrum.

She should have just headed back. She shouldn't have come and stood in front of the gun.

She knew full well that he didn't like her, in fact, he kind of hated her, and yet she still walked right up to his doorstep. She offered herself up for him to vent his anger.

How could she forget? He once said to her, "So you want to play with me? Alright, I'll make sure to break you!"

So when he snapped out of it, how could he possibly be gentle towards her?

With that thought, Y/N's eyes couldn't help but well up.

She felt weak, lying limp on the bathroom floor. The pain left her slightly trembling.

Taehyung eyed her for a second and shut his eyes, staring at Y/N with no emotion. He gulped and swiftly turned around.

As he turned, his eyes revealed a creeping hint of sadness and pain. But only for a split second, then he became calm once again.

He stood up and wrapped a towel around his body. Turning around, he switched off the shower and walked out of the bathroom.

With that, his expression returned to its cold, emotionless, and distant self.

Taehyung was fully dressed. He took his wallet, phone, and car keys, and was ready to leave when he passed the bathroom door.

Reminding himself that his next action was just to avoid any unwanted circumstance to happen tomorrow, He strode towards her.

It's a good thing she felt asleep.

He carried her out and walked towards her room which is located below his room.

He only need to knocked twice before Jisoo appeared with a worried look and her phone.

"Mr. Kim- oh my god, Y/N what happe-"

"She went to my room. Don't disturb her."

He was about to go in when Jisoo once again block him and asked,

"But why is her clothes all wet?"

He coldly stare at Jisoo, "Mrs. Kim, it would be good if you keep your distance and don't intefere out business."

Without any invitation, he went inside and placed her on the bed.

"Be sure she doesn't know that I'm the one who brought her here. Think of an excuse."

He strode out and dissappeared leaving Jisoo in daze.

The next morning, Y/N opened her eyes to find that she had a splitting headache.

"How did I got here?"

Jisoo who had thinked of an idea the night before said,

"Last night, Taehyung told me you were in his room. So he left the door unlocked for me. Then I asked for a help from the staff to bring you here."

"Ouch- my head."

She continuously massaged her head.

It must of been because of the cold shower and her crying. She actually found herself in a new set of clothes.

Seeing that Y/N was pale white, Jisoo couldn't help but say in a worried voice,

"Let's call the directer to push back your scene for a while. With your condition, you must be feeling terrible. There's no way you can film today."

Y/N, who was fairly tired, shook her head and said, "Forget it. Nobody's happy that I'm the second female lead anyway. If I told them to postpone my scene because of my cold, who knows what everyone would think of me."

In the beginning, Y/N could hold it in, but halfway through make up, she grew increasingly more dizzy.

While her hair were being done, Taehyung rushed into the make up room.

After taking a quick sweep around the room at the door, he went over to the seat behind her.

When the make up artist finished, she couldn't wait to get up and rush towards the set.

It's hard to say whether it was the cold or if she got up too quickly, but Y/N went limp when she rose, causing her to sit right back down on the chair again.

Jisoo couldn't help but worry. "Y/N, are you sure you can do this? I think you're not in the right condition right now. How about we speak to the director and go see a doctor?"

"No, I'm fine," She said in a low voice. From behind Taehyung, she stood up once again and hastily walked off with her head down.

Y/N arrived at the set. Just as she'd predicted, even if there was't much to shoot, the entire cast and crew were here.

"Y/N, Taehyung's out of make up," said Jisoo.

When Y/N heard Jisoo's words, she lifted her head. From afar, she saw him discussing something with the director and producer before heading back into the make up room.

Soon after, the director's assistant rushed over to her and Jisoo.

Y/N thought that the assistant had come to tell them to get ready to shoot, so she stood up.

But as the assistant made his way to her, he apologetically said, "Miss Y/N, I'm sorry. The director told me to inform you that today's shooting has been canceled."

Y/N furrowed her brows.

Jisoo then asked doubtfully, "We're not shooting?"

The director's assistant continued with a smile, "Yes, Mr. Kim has something urgent to attend to and has to go back to the city. It looks like your make up today was all for nothing."

Y/N asked, "So when will we start shooting my scenes?"

"I estimate we'll shoot in around four or five days' time. We'll contact you when we know the specifics. We're terribly sorry Miss Y/N."

After the director's assistant left.
