As he kept hitting me, striking my already bruised cheek with his hand, I couldn't help but feel sorry for him. I had seen, multiple times, what cruel things his father did. His father abused him. As every touch got harder and harder, I felt my eyes closing against the darkness I was feeling. I knew it would be the same as always. Id wake up he next morning after slipping into the darkness, he'd act like nothing had happend. The bruises an marks would be from me being clumsy; appearantly, at fifteen years old I started being really clumsy. My mother would put an icepack on my cheek and tell me to be more careful on the slick ice covered sidewalk. My friends would beg me to go shopping with them after school, but I would have to reject and hurry towards the parking lot before he arrived to pick me up. Those were my last thoughts as I slipped farther into the peaceful darkness, my mind clear if everything.
When I opened my eyes, Coltons room flooded my vision. His arms were tangled around my bare body. I looked down at myself and saw the newest marks beginning to form. I knew that today, he'd act his sweetest, buy me things, and be gentle with me. I enjoyed this part. But if I did one thing wrong, it would turn into a living hell again. I knew I had to get home, but if he woke up and I wasn't there, the outcome wouldn't be very pretty.
By the way the sun was filtering through his window, I guessed it was about eight thirty. I sat up slowly and tried to remember when he had finally stopped last night , but my memory failed me like it always did the morning after. It wasn't until I felt him softly rubbing my cheek where he had hit me when I finally realized he had awaken.
He pushed me back softly so i was lying down. He smiled his boyish smile and my heart instantly melted. It was a Saturday morning and my mom thought I was over at Olivias house. It's sad really, Olivia, my bestfriend, doesn't even know that my boyfriend abuses me. But, I waned it to stay that way, I didn't want him to be taken away from me.
"Goodmorning McKenna." Colton said softly. My reply was a weak little "Morning Colton." He smiled lightly and kissed my lips the way he had when I decided I would give him my virginity. I sighed in content. I loved these days best. The days after, wheneveything seemed perfect. These days were also the most dangerous. I slowly sat up, not paying attention to the pain running down my bare body.
"I should get going soon Colton. Mom wanted me to go Christmas shopping with her." I smiled nervously, not knowing if he'd agree, or if I'd have to call off the shopping trip with my mother. Colton frowned. Can't you stay just a bit longer?" he asked, sitting up. He kissed my neck and found the spot. The spot that made me agree to anything. I sighed in pleasure and replied. "I- I guess so."
He quickly lifted me up gently, and sat me onto of him. I could feel him as things got more intense. I moaned as he ran his fingers through my long dark chocolate hair. My hands slid over his tones chest and rested them on his shoulders. His lips moved down, to my collarbone, where he knew he could win me over with just one kiss. I shivered as the tingled went throughout my body. I moaned and felt him harden. I quickly ran my hands back down his chest to his waist as I felt his stomach tense then relax as he kept kissing and sucking my skin. My fingers wrapped around him and he moaned into my neck. I sighed as he turned to lay me down. I looked up onto his eyes. His perfect, bright, ocean blue eyes that had a few emerald flecks in them. It scared mesa I remembered how his eyes had been almost black not even ten hours ago. I pushed back the memories of last night, not wanting them to ruin the perfect moment we were having. He was hovering over me, his knees on either side of my hips, his arms resting by my head as he eagerly kissed me, each touch of the lips more passionate. I sighed and brought my right hand up to cup around his jaw as my other traveled to his back, pulling him closer to me. He was careful as he hovered even closer. I pulled away from his lips. "Colton, you're not going to hurt me."
He mumbled slightly and laid fully on me. We continued until we were both laying down panting. He pulled me closer and rubbed his hand over my bruise on my arm gently.
