The next morning (Y/N) had stepped out to the balcony, slowly lighting a cigarette. A black satin robe hugged her form. Her mind wandering to Offender once more. 'I should have told him long ago... How I felt about him.

Jeff was such a mistake. It might be too soon to tell after all that's happened but still, she wanted him. She loved everything about him. His demeanor, his smile, he thoughtfulness. Although he didn't seem to have that attitude towards anyone else. It was strange. She was so sure her wouldn't be able to love her. But a girl could dream. All her advances he was so gentle with. A silent tear rolled down her face and she felt a pair of strong arms gently lace around her chest Caught her off guard as she went still. "~Sleep okay?~"  She smiled to herself. "Hm. Yes. Like a baby." He smiled and kissed the nape of her neck. She bit her lip preventing any sound from Coming out. "May I ask you something dear?" She took a shaky breath trying to calm herself down. "What is it?" She asked reluctantly. Her turned her so she was now facing him. He took her hands in his and shook away all his negativity, hoping he wouldn't again be rejected by a woman he loved dearly. "I know you and ..... asshole have just broken up. But my question is... why have you been acting the way you have been towards me.." Another tear rolled down her cheek. "I just... you've always been there for me. I've always felt something for you.. no matter what actions you took on your prey. I fell in love with you. How you truly are. But I pushed those feelings away for Jeff. Because I knew you would never reciprocate those for me as i thought jeff would be the only one to love me, which I found out was also a lie." (Y/N)...." He said as he grasped her face feeling so stupid as he hadn't noticed all this time. Everything added up. The conversations they had. The time they spent together. She began to cried harder. "I'm sorry I've caused you so much trouble. I'm sorry I thought I would be enough for someone.." "No (Y/N) you're wrong. I.." But it was too late. Her overthinking had got the better of her. She jumped the balcony and ran. "Love you..." But she was so broken, so afraid, She was sure no one could ever love her.

She ran to the forest and cried relentlessly. She felt so stupid. She ruined everything. Their friendship was shattered and it was her doing. Suddenly she saw offender coming through the tree line, she kept quiet and as she was about to say something, her breathing was choked out. A scream emitted from her lips, and her whole world, faded into black.
