Bad Boy Parker

Chapter 9

We pulled into my driveway and we were both physically and weather cause wet.
My area was experiencing slight drizzles so we made it to my house not more drenched then we arrived.

"The laundry room is near the bathroom, you can throw your clothes in the dryer,".

"Okay," and he moves to that area.

I head to my room and pat myself completely dry and changed into causal but appealing clothes. I get Matt's hoodie he gave me earlier today so he could wear it and grab a towel for him.

He walked in shirtless and in basketball shorts.

I throw his hoodie at him and he catches it and puts it on.

"What are we eating?" I ask him.

"We could have pasta or we could order pizza, also you need to leave before ten because my mother's going to be home and she doesn't like you," I explain.

"You aren't doing anything," he walks over to me and leads me to my room.

"We are staying in your room and ordering pizza,".

"We can do some homework while waiting cause I know you are good at English," he finishes smiling at me.

"Honestly, I feel like crap Matt," and I begin to sniffle.

"Oh shit, you have the flu," Matt states.

He pulls out his phone and calls the pizza place.

"Can I get a medium pizza, half chicken and half pepperoni with extra cheese. Yes and please include the garlic bread and potato soup special," he continues ordering and moves out of my room to finish.

I get under my covers and look out the window.
Its six o'clock. I grab my phone and message Sam.

ME: What are you doing?

SAM: with Ty. How you feeling? Hows your date with player boy?

Me: got sniffles, probably the flu. He's at mine. Ordering pizza.
         We  kinda made out in the rain....

Sam: XD wtfffff! Omgmgmgmgmgmgm. Tell me later gtg do something.  <3

Matt enters the room looking at me smirk at my phone.
I look at him admiringly.

He sits on my bed and touches my face.

"I'd never do anything to hurt you Cass. I know I haven't been honest about Vivian and her friends.," he says contemplatingly.

Suddenly, I didn't want to know about anything. Total buzzkill.
I was curious to know what he was hiding.
I remained quiet.

"Vivian was my first ever girlfriend and we were going slow but she wanted to rush things. She wasn't a virgin. She went and slept with Charlie, before he turned gay. I gave her a last chance then she did it again with Ryan.," he explains.

It made a lot of sense why he was angry with her at the party.

"I went and made out with all her friends to make her jealous. I know its shallow but I couldn't help myself,".

"When she saw me with you, it really ticked her off, my genuine happiness around someone I really like," he finishes.

"Promise you wont use me," I say to him sickly.

"I solemnly swear," he promises.

A knock on the door is heard.

"I'll get it,"I say incase it's my mother.

It was the delivery dude. He was around my age and very familiar. He was Faustus from Math class.

"I didn't realize you live here Cass." He says smiling at me.

"Yeah well I do," I say laughingly.

There was a ton of food. Matt ordered too much.

"Are you eating that all by yourself?  I could join you and I'd pay for it," he said flirtingly.

"That's alright Faustus, I'll get the money," I reply.

Faustus was about to enter forcefully when Matt caught him.

"She said it's alright Fautus, or do you want to get the same treatment as Ryan?," Matt glared at Faustus.

"Here, take it and leave," Matt handed him money.

Fautus was quivering and trying to give Matt his change.

"Keep the change," Matt smiled and closed the door on him.

I loved having Matt around to protect me. I also didn't like feeling helpless and easily to be preyed on.

We ate the food and threw away the trash so mum wouldn't find out Matt was here.

We then went into my room and Matt tucked me into bed.
He then came and snuggled with me and caressed my face until I fell asleep.

I woke up and found Matt fast asleep next to me holding my arm.
I looked at the time, it was 9.50pm!

"Matt! Wake up!," I said waking him up.

Matt opened his eyes startled.

"What?...." he said with his husky sleep voice. It was so hot.

"Its 9.50," I looked at him concerningly.

"Crap!," he exclaims.

He jumped out of bed and tried to gather his things.

After getting his things he came to see me in the room.

"I'm locking you in, okay?. Don't come tomorrow if you are feeling sick," he said then kissed me on my forehead hastily.

"Bye!,"

I heard the door shut and went back to sleep.
