𝓙𝓪𝓬𝓴 & 𝓛𝓮𝓰𝓸𝓼𝓲'𝓼 𝓦𝓲𝓵𝓭 𝓢𝓲𝓭𝓮

𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓘 / 𝓑𝓲𝔃𝓪𝓻𝓻𝓮 𝓑𝓮𝓰𝓲𝓷𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰𝓼

(6:30 AM)

Legosi was in a field of flowers, with no one else withing his view. He just sat there, watching the sun set with a warm orange glow. Over time, the sky got brighter and brighter until it was blinding. Legosi tried to move, but his body moved painfully slowly. He tried to scream, but just before he could he felt a blast of blistering heat surround him.

And then he woke up, screaming at the top of his lungs. "Legosi, are you okay?" a young sounding voice piped up. He looked over to see Jack, with a confused yet worried expression on his face. "I'm fine, I guess I just had a nightmare." Legosi responded, making Jack sigh in relief. "Well, would breakfast make you feel better?" "Let's try it."  Legosi slowly got out of bed, rubbing his eyes, as he watched Jack rush over to the kitchen. Jack had made pancakes just before Legosi woke up, so they were fresh and were already done for the rest of his dorm mates.

(12:00 PM)

Jack was in math class, this being one of the many  classes he shared with Legosi. Jack was still pondering about what had happened that morning, never seeing Legosi's true physical abilities before. "Jack!" the teacher called out. "Do you know the answer of number 9?" "Uh um... The answer is-" "Seventy five point thirty four" Legosi said, trying to keep Jack from holding the lesson back. "Correct, very good Legosi." said the teacher, genuinely impressed. All Legosi could think about was how weird it was for Jack to be off task. Only then did he realize Jack was staring at him. Not a rude kind of stare, but a kind of stare that the love interest in a romantic comedy would look at the main character.

(3:30 PM)

The school day was over, but Legosi was in Drama Club. Jack was a bit down, he felt he had changed overnight! The way he acts, his attentiveness, all of it just seemed off. Only then did he realize something, something he hadn't thought about. All this had happened after Legosi truly showed the kind of guy he was, attentive and Kind. Jack then realized something else, something that made him blush. He began to realize that he was in love, with his best friend.

(8:00 PM)

Jack was laying on the floor, watching the light from the sun slowly fade. Just then, Legosi slowly opened the door, and walked inside. Jack stood up, and raced to Legosi, hugging him tightly. Legosi didn't know what to say, what is this about? "Uh, I guess you missed me huh?" Jack noticed what he had just done, and let go of his friend. " Oh uh, sorry Legosi. I was just... Uh... Bored, that's it!" said Jack, blushing a shallow shade of pink. "Anyway, Jack. I have something to ask you, and I need you to be honest with me." said Legosi, still a bit shaken from that wake up call of a hug. "What do you need Legosi?" Jack asked, a bit puzzled. "What's going on? I just noticed you're a bit, different today. Whats going through your mind?" Jack stopped, wondering what he should say. If he told him now, then things might get a bit awkward. But, if he doesn't answer now, what will Legosi think? Jack started to sweat a little, blushing more noticeably now. "Jack, do you need to talk somewhere more, private?" Legosi asked, a bit concerned. "Y-yes, thank you"

Jack and Legosi both went into the bathroom and shut the door. "So, whats been going on?" Legosi asked once again. "I-I think I'm in love" Jack responded in a weary tone. "Oh, that's it? Why so apprehensive?" Legosi teased, wanting to know who he was falling head over heels for. Jack took a deep breath, opening up to his best friend about his true feelings. "I'm in love, with... You Legosi..." Jack said, beginning to tear up at the thought that this might be the end of their friendship. "I... I don't know what to say. I can safely say I didn't expect that answer. But, I can make this work. Its ok Jack, I'm here for you." Legosi said, opening up his arms for a hug. Jack darted into the wolfs arms and began softly sobbing. "T-thank you Legosi." Jack said through his tears. "Here, lets lay down for a bit. It is getting late after all." Legosi purposed, Jack being up for it. Legosi picked Jack up, and carried him to his more spacious bunk. Jack slid under the covers, and cuddled Legosi. Legosi just smiled, and slowly fell asleep with Jack still in his arms.
