part 2 | the move

Y/N POV:

It had been a long day of packing everything up and sorting everything into boxes and you had finally moved out of your london flat that you had shared with you best friend Grace.

I look around the empty flat and smile as I remember all the memories made in this place. I am excited to move to liverpool but I'm sure going to miss london because it's been my home for years now.

"you ready to go?" Grace asks, standing at the doorway of my old room.

I turn to face her.
"yeah just saying my last goodbyes to the place"

"oh come on your not getting emotional are you?" she says mocking me.

"no, no i'm not i'm just going to miss it" you admit.

"yeah well we have liverpool to look forward to now, new apartment, new friends and new boys" she says, emphasising the last bit.

I roll my eyes, smiling.
"may i remind you we are moving to go to a new uni not for new boyfriends" you say smiling.

"oh come on, your telling me the thought of new fit boys hasn't crossed your mind"

I laugh at her antics.

"and hey now we are moving closer to Alex you can introduce me to all his footballing friends" she says winking.

"i would if i knew them myself"

"what do you mean?" she asks confused.

"well since Alex has moved to liverpool i've only gone to two games at Anfield and i was with my mum and Perrie so i was with them the whole time so we never really saw the other players"

"yeah but have you not seen them at his house or something"

"well i know one of them actually Rhian, he was in hospital and rehab at the same time as Alex when he was injured. He's really sweet and funny so i know him because whenever i went to visit Alex he was there but other than Rhian i haven't met any other players"

"well Alex can do the honours of introducing us to his fit friends"

I shake my head and smile.
"come on let's go"

"bye old flat, hello liverpool!" Grace shouts before closing the door for the last time.

When I take my last glance at the flat I turn around to see my range rover, which Alex got me one year for my birthday because i'm a uni student and would never have been able to afford it. It's full of the last suitcases filled with our last belongings.

I look at my phone and it's 10 AM and see a text from Perrie.

Perrie:
hey, I'm at Alex's this week. When are you guys going to be here? x

YOU:
hey , we are just leaving now so we should be there at around 2  x

Perrie:
ok safe journey, see you soon x

  YOU:
thank you, see ya x

Me and Grace get in the car and blast out music and do our own carpool karaoke and start the journey to liverpool, both of us excited for what's to come.........
