20 minutes later after Daniel recovered from his sadness

3rd POV

As Nero sits on Dante's chair he looks over to the couch to where his uncle is, that he just met today and has grown to love just from mere moments; he could tell that his uncle was a sweetheart and sadly could only look on and see him lying on the couch with tears and blood staining his face as we can see Kyrie and Neven staying near him as he would mumble about how he failed his family in his sleep

Kyrie: {he's been through so much... It's just not fair for someone as sweet as him}

Nevan: {he accepted his fate back then little Kyrie... So he could protect his little brothers from harm and knowing they would have guidance in their early years till their teens... *looks down to my son* he's always putting others above himself. *looks at Kyrie* may I ask you a question?}

Kyrie: {of course is something on your mind?}

Nero looks over at this wondering what they're talking about and decides to listen in

Nevan: { when you saw my son smile what went through your mind?}

Kyrie blushed at this slight then recovered, Nero, finding this cute mentally snickering as she answers

Kyrie: {well his smile was breathtaking and when I saw it I felt at peace, calm even... To the point I knew as long as Daniel and Nero's by my side I'll be happy}

Nero smiled knowing how much his uncles meer presence and his made her happy but all happy thoughts we're lost when they heard Nevan sigh

Nevan: {*sad long sigh* he's still able to hide it...}

This is when Nero starts worrying about his uncle and chose to voice his peace

Nero: { and what "exactly" is he trying to hide? His heritage?}

Nevan looks over from the couch to hero with a look of pure heartbreak

Nevan: {he smiles... To hide the extreme depression and pain he went through... That smile may look bright but if one was to look closer they'd find nothing... but a husk of his former self}

As the three look at Daniel Two with an even greater need to protect him while the other knew everything her son had gone through as a family to Daniel was unbreakable but all further thoughts were put on hold as they hear a groan coming from Daniel and remain quiet

Daniel's POV

(Uggggh what happened?)

As I slowly open my eyes but shut them while covering the light with my hand as I let my eyes adjust I notice Nevean and Kyrie near me with Nero on the chair nearby; I then notice their faces are sad and they take notice

Kyrie: { how are you feeling?}

I groan as I slowly sit up

{better though I can tell this entire crisis has caused you all pain *bows a full 90 degrees* I'm sorry..}

Kyrie: {please don't bow! You did nothing wrong and you may have caused us pain but that doesn't mean we can't help carry your burdens}
