Ch1- Where am I?

............ Yashiro...........
I entered the class, to find Aoi-chan waving to me.
"Sensei didn't come yet. We can still talk for a while" She said. I smiled and walked towards her, and got grabbed by Akane-kun.
"Kyaa~!"
"Oi, Yashiro-san."
"Akane-kun?"

Akane-kun gave a smirk.

"Have you heard of what the timekeepers are doing? They are forming a portal that might lead you to the future." He said.
I thought of what he said. It was in the back of my head for the whole day.

After school, Hanako-kun was there in the bathrooms, looking out the window. I came up to Hanako-kun and touched him on the shoulder.
"Ne(Hey), Hanako-kun!"
"Oh, Yashiro! You startled me."
I took the mop laying on the side and started moping. Hanako-kun was more silent than usual. I looked at him and he was looking through the window again.
"Doushitanou (What's wrong), Hanako-kun?" I asked as I neared him.
"Yashiro, don't you wish we could always be together? Like, cleaning or talking everyday?" He said giving a gentle smile. That smile looked adorable on him. My heart almost flew out of my chest.
"O-oh. I-I see. I do, I guess." I stuttered. Hanako-kun sighed. "You guess?" He said as he looked at me with sad eyes. "N-No! I do! Really!" I exclaimed. Hanako-kun then smiled again. He hugged me real tight in his arms. "You're squeezing me Hanako-kun! I can't breathe!" I shouted. He then let go of me slowly. I took a deep breath.
"Is this about my lifespan?" I asked. Hanako-kun's face became blank and he seemed serious. He remained quiet an looked outta the window.
"Oh, right, you told me not to talk about it..." I said as I looked away. In a blink of an eye, Hanako-kun started smiling and floating.
"Ok! Now, its toilet cleaning time!" He said excitedly. I sighed and went back to mopping.
"Hanako-kun! You rarely walk in the bathrooms! Why do I have to clean it!?" I whined.
"Because, other people use the bathroom too!" He said holding two fans and waving them to cheer me on. I sadly went back to cleaning. However I still thought about what Hanako-kun is sad about. And that was when Akane-kun's idea came in my mind. If I were to be friends with Hanako-kun's past-self, maybe Hanako-kun would have more memories with me.
The next day, I walked into the class, looking for Akane-kun. He was practicing confessing with the wall. I ran towards him and grabbed his arm.
"Eh? Yashiro-san? I told you, I like someone else!" He said whacking his hand of.
"I need to tell you something! About the time portal!" I whispered.
Akane looked unimpressed and sighed.
"I'll take you there afterschool. Just make sure that you don't tell No.7..."

"...but Hanako-kun will..."

".....Just don't tell him!" He said in anger. Everybody looked towards us. "I-Its nothing! Mind your own business everyone." He said sheepishly. Everyone whispered to each other.
"Ok! I'll try not to tell Hanako-kun where i'm going..." I said.
So, afterschool, I was supposed to be toilet cleaning, but then, I had a chance to go to the portal instead. Akane-kun waited for me near the classroom door and we both walked to the Timekeepers. Akane-kun became his apparition form as we went. After finally reaching the portal, there stood Kako and Mirai. Kako looked towards us and neared.
"Good, No.1! We just needed someone to test this." Kako said. He went up to me and held my hand.
"Eh? A-Akane-kun?! What's all this about." I said in shock as Kako pulled me towards the portal.
"Calm down Yashiro. Nothing is gonna go wrong! You'll come back in no time!" He said.

This couldn't be soo bad right? It's me who wanted to go. I wanted to know Hanako-kun from 1979 as a ghost or something. Maybe Kako will take me there.

Before I got into the windy portal, I told Kako I wanted to go to 1979. He set a clock and attached it on my neck like a necklace. Before I could say anything, I got pushed in. The wind was sucking me in as I went further from Akane-kun, Kako and Mirai. I closed my eyes and enjoyed the ride.

I woke up to find myself in a classroom. I looked around and found red curtains on the windows. I felt my neck, but couldn't find the clock Kako gave me. A tall man came up to me and asked me who I was. I couldn't see him due to the light but I saw his shadow.

"Uh, I'm....." I went on. The man walked towards me. His shadow looked familiar in a way. When he neared me. I knew exactly who it was.

Purple hair, a coat.........

... TSUCHIGOMORI-SENSEI?! FROM THE PAST.......
