Rainbow Dash goes missing the night after school one day. While the others go searching for her, they discover a terrible truth about what happened to their friend. Possibly the worst thing that's ever happened out of all their adventures!
Art class was the last class of the day, the girls worked on their sketches.
Pinkie: Ooh! Nice sketch, Dashie!
Rainbow: Thanks.

Rainbow: Isn't it obvious? It's Daring Do!
Sunset: Nice! You're a good artist!
Rainbow: Thanks, I have another one I worked on! I did this last year.
Rainbow Dash took out her sketchbook and showed her friends her other sketch.

Twilight: Nice! Is that supposed to be me?
Rainbow: Sort of...the...other you, actually.
Twilight: Cool!
Rainbow: What about you guys?
Pinkie: Oh, nothin' much, just the usual party thing.
Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. The bell then rang and everyone darted out the school.
Rainbow: Man, this has been a great day! What can go wrong?
That night however, something weird happened. The moonlight that was shining in Rainbow's room was suddenly blocked by a dark shadow. Green eyes with purple smoke on their sides appeared along with an ominous laugh. Rainbow Dash shifted in her bed. The shadow broke through her window and swiftly flew over her. Within seconds, Rainbow Dash was gone.
