Your POV
Hi, my name is y/n l/n. I am a softmore in high school. My best friend is Kai Smith and my boyfriend is r/b/n. He gets jealous of me and Kai sometimes. I don't blame him. We are really close. We know everything about each other. Well, we didn't until five hours ago. Kai and I were hanging out around the park near Borg tower, when he told me he needed to tell me something. I complied, and he took me to a monastery. I was so confused. He sat me down on the couch and explained why he needs to leave me whenever someone attacks the city. Then he introduced me to his friends.
First, was jay. Jay was cute, he had a good smile, nice hair, but he looked a little tough, thanks to the nick in his eyebrow.
Next up was cole. I could tell he was the strong one. He immediately came up to me and put his arm around me. I just scooted away from him.
Third was Zane. He bowed, and I put my hand on his shoulder. "No need to be formal." I told him and smiled. He proceeded to sit down on a chair opposite of where I was sitting and smiled back at me.
And lastly, was Lloyd. He looked to be the youngest of the group. Having round cheeks and baby-ish face. He looked kind, and very sweet. But I could see his chest through his shirt, and I could tell he was not only the sweetest, but the strongest.
I already knew nya. I thanked all of them for their time and Kai and I left. We were walking down this sidewalk when he suddenly stopped.
Kais pov
There she was. Skylor and r/b/n. Making out in an alleyway. Y/n just slapped my shoulder playfully and said in a joking tone, "what's your deal ma-" she cut off her words. I looked down to find her staring at them. A small tear ran down her cheek. I just grabbed her and pulled her closer to me, my hands around her chest. She put her hands on mine.Then she cried. And cried and cried. I couldn't. I was too shocked, too angry, too sad. All of these emotions canceled each other out. I just stood there like and idiot while y/n continued to cry. I finally took charge and grabbed her hand. I pulled her all the way back to the monastery.
