Chapter 2

3rd person POV

It's been about five minutes and their both still staring at the kid.

"Why"Ghira asked the kid with the shock still in his system.

"Cause I rather be with Oum than some abusive bastards"The kid, Frank, said and surprised both with his words.

"Who abused you"Ghira asked him and Frank froze before relaxing a little.

"Ghira"Kali scolded Ghira who then put on a 'sorry' look.

Kali then looked at frank because he's been silent for a bit.

"A family with the name of Nikos, back in ministral(Sorry can't remember how to spell it)" Frank said looking at the ground.

"Ministral, why that's miles away, how did you get here"Kali asked stepping closer wanting to comfort the child.

"Yeah it took four days by boat"Frank said with a slight chuckle.

"Four days, why you must be hungry"Kali said worrying about his hunger but he just shook his head.

"Why, dont you want to eat"Ghira asked Frank stepping forward a long with Kali.

"Its not that I dont want to eat"Frank said said.

"Then what is it"Asked Kali.

"Its just I went with food for so long it just feels natural not eating"Frank said with a bored tone.

Then Kali began thinking.

"Then how about a peanut butter and jelly sandwich"Kali asked and he shrugged but then nodded.

Kali went into the kitchen to make it.

"So what are you going to do with me"Frank asked Ghira not looking at him.

Ghira sighed.

"We dont know"Ghira answered honestly and Frank nodded.

Kali came back with the sandwich and handed it to the kid.

He accepted it.

"Now how about you eat and sleep then we can talk about this tomorrow"Kali said looking at Frank then to Ghira.

Ghira nodded and went upstairs.

Kali grabbed Frank's hand that didn't have the sandwich in it and guided him back to bed.

Kali opened his door and he walked in.

"Night Frank"Kali said to the child and he nodded and she shut the door and he took a bite of the sandwich.

He then layed down and went to sleep.

Kali's POV

I walked to my and Ghira's room.

When I entered Ghira was already in bed.

I went to the bathroom and changed into a gown then I went to the bed and layed down.

'We have to help the kid'I thought to myself before going to sleep.
