Standing , grounding ,submerging into the concrete ground   feet aching but stuck in one place unable to move , unable to speak
Standing ,grounding , submerging just breathing in the cold winter air that stings but appreciating the pain , can't help but look into the grey canvas called the sky , the smell of pine and rain floods the air , you ,the only one to feel somewhat of a calmness and serenity in the cold to finally be able to stop and feel human ...
Aching , stinging , unable to move yet still breathing
The only place ,time ,moment that even the demons stay quiet to appreciate the calming cold ..
No birds ,no bugs just ... silence not complete silence ,the thumping of a heart , the pumping of blood can still be heard through the harsh rustling of the willow and pine trees in the near distance ,the thoughts flooding back ,the deafening silence stinging your ears , the sky begins to grow darker followed by thunder and lightning.
Standing , grounding, submerging into the now flooding concrete ground , feet aching but stuck in one place unable to move , unable to speak while the rain drenches the clothes that once kept warmth in ,now openly welcoming the cold yet still standing and unable to move .
Unable to tell if you are crying or if it's just the rain , still standing because the rain droplets falling and crashing into the leaves of the pine and willow tree are somehow louder than the thoughts, the deafening silence the only other sound left in your head is the thumping of your heart and pumping of your blood no matter how long you stand in the rain that one sound still fills your  mind so the only thing you think will help is letting everything you've been holding back free so you inhale a painfully deep breath and ..... scream
As the hot tears fall down your cheeks , finally able to speak and move only to fall onto your knees .
Falling , breaking down , submerging into the cold concrete ground no longer standing or grounding or no longer able to stand or hold yourself up , but still breathing or still trying to catch your breath , eventually finding enough strength and will to stand you stand up and turn around slowly not wanting to slip and fall you see the sky go a blazing white silver colour and a tingling sensation at the nape of your neck gives you a warm feeling before you fall to the ground and every good memory engulfs your mind and makes you feel a sense of peace before you close your eyes and let the warmness and peace steal you away for a moment drifting off into the bright light.
