Starting Over (Steven Universe)

Steven had just finished warping to his house from Homeworld. He looked up to see all the gems sitting on the couch, Connie was there too.

Steven: What are you all doing here?

Garnet: Steven, you need to tell us what's going on

Pearl: Garnets right, you haven't been acting right lately

Steven: Guys is nothing, I'm totally fine

Amethyst: But Steven, we know something is wrong. You need to talk about it

Steven: ...You wouldn't understand...

Pearl: Steven please, just talk to us

Steven clenched his fist and looks to the ground, breaking eye contact.

Steven: ...Fine...

He walks over to the couch and sits down next to connie. The gems all look over at him as he begins to speak.

Steven: I'm not fine, everything's wrong. There's always something I need to fix. But now there's nothing, and yet it's still wrong.

Garnet: Steven, you need to help yourself too. You see all the people you helped, but now it's your turn

Steven begins to cry and Amethyst puts her hand in his shoulder.

Amethyst: it's ok...it's ok

Steven: NO! It is not ok! This is not ok! My powers are getting even worse and I can't keep myself under control! But the worst part happened today

Connie: Steven...what happened?

Steven: I...I sha-I...I... I shattered Jasper...

Pearl: You what!

Steven: You know what! I can't death with this anymore, I'm going upstairs

Amethyst: Wait! We can help you!

Steven: You can't help me anymore

Connie: Please Steven, let us help you

Steven: Please, just don't follow me...

Steven was so distracted by his own voice that he didn't notice that his purple spots started to appear all over his body. The skin on his fingertips split open, and his bones grew sharp tips out of them.

Steven: Ahhh! Help me! It hurts!

Steven fell on one knee and clenched his hand. His skin was ripping open with horns protruding out from the wounds. Quickly, blood spilled out of his body and onto the floor.

Amethyst: What's happening to him!?

Steven: Ahhhh! Just please help me!

His teeth got long and sharp, and they began to poke through the his skin. Spikes started to grow out fo his back, splitting his spine and making him unable to stand. Connie couldn't say anything, she couldn't take her eyes off of it. Like a car accident happening right in front of her, she couldn't taker her eyes off of it.

Garnet: Steven! We need to take him to the fountain!

Garnet started to pick Steven up but was interrupted by screaming.

Steven: Please put me down! It hurts!

Garnet had to ignore him while she walked over to the warp. The screaming only lasted for another 10 seconds, then silence. Steven was unconscious in Garnet's arms.

This is definitely the most rushed chapter I've written, but I hope it's some good filler.
