Day 1

(Y/n) refused to do anything new she only are what she had before and did only what she done before. She didn't like to talk that much and she hated 'her room'

Day 2

(Y/n) opens up to grandma and they make cookies together and prank Mr.Mashuri with cookie dough poured on him when he came home.

Day 3

(Y/n) was forced to go to the park with the family all she did was sit at the top of the slide till lori pushed her down the slide.

Day 4

It all went down hill.
Mr.Mashuri was trying to talk to (y/n) who was ignoring him as she was playing with zuzu.
"Zuzu first" she stated. Mr.Mashuri got mad and snatched Zuzu so ruffly and hard. Zuzu was decapitated. (Y/n) screamed as tears filled her eyes. She kicked him were the sun doesn't shine and took his head running in the room and locking herself in not coming out.

Day 5

(Y/n) got in an argument with Mr.Mashuri and Coral.
"You shouldn't hit your father -"
"Your not my dad!"
"(y/n)-"
"Don't talk to me you replacement of depression!" she snapped.
"What is wrong with you?!why can't you be quite like your sister"
"I don't have a sister! "
"Your right I don't want her to be related to someone as disgusting as you..."
"I'm not disgusting"she said quietly looking at her lap.
" I was right your just like your mom-"
"No I'm not"she said as she gripped her shirt.
" you kicked your father like your mother kicked you"
"You don't know what she did to me"she said tearing up.
"I know that when you cried to loud she would hit you with a pan...I know when you tried to run away she would tide you down in a dark room as you suffered for three days -"
" stop it! "She cried as she covers her ear. But Mr.Mashuri removed her hands.
"I know that when she hit you with the belt it was with the buckle-"
" Get away! "She said she got out of his grip and cried on her bed reliving the terrible, horrible,no good, very bad times with her mother.

Day 6

(Y/n) only hung out with grandma. She had nightmare and screamed. When everyone tried to comfort her she refused only wanting Midoryia.

Day 7

It was the last day (y/n) stayed in the room as she looked at Zuzu sadly. She didn't go out of that room no matter how Hungry she was.

Returning.

Midoryia was three hours early his days were terrible as well he was lonely and bored the first two days he accidentally went to the daycare to pick (y/n) up and in the morning he would go to wake her up.
Midoryia hated this so much.

Shoto and bakugou were already there.
When (y/n) landed with Mr.Mashuri. (Y/n) ran over to him as she cried and apologized.
"why are you sorry?"
"Zuzu died" she cried showing the decapitated Elephant. Midoryia's eyes widen he held his anger in and took a deep breath.
"What happened?" he asked.
"M-mr...Mashuri ripped his head of....and then H-he got mad when I-i kicked him were the sun don't shine...and he said my m-mommy did to me like W-what she hits m-my with a belt s-she used t-the b-b-buckle..." (Y/n) burster into sobs as Midoryia held (y/n) securely in his arms. He wanted to kill the first person he saw. Lucky it was Mashuri.
"It's okay now...I'm here now you don't have to worry..." he said. (Y/n) nodded. Bakugou and Shoto walked over.

"What happened?" he asked. Midoryia shower Zuzu to the two. They looked shocked.
"I'll kill him just say the word-"
"No...I handle it"Shoto said.
" Shoto, katsuki... "He said. The two froze when he said there first name.
" Fu-"
"What your mouth" Midoryia said quickly. He handed (y/n) to The two.
"I'll handle him..." he said. Shoto shook his head sadly.
"I wish him luck...."Shoto said.

Midoryia walked over to Mr.Mashuri who was talking to a flight attendant.
"Excuse me Origa mashuri..."he said. Mr.Mashuri turned. As the attendant waved at Midoryia as she blushed and he respectfully waved back. The flight attendant walked away seeming she sensed the tension.
"yes? "
"Care to explain this?" he said. Showing the Elephant.
"She was ignoring me-"
"You were in a!America it's a free country" he snapped.
" you can fix it-"
"I know I can Stuff animals are are like slaps on the cheek it stings a little,you know what's hard to fix...a wound a deep bleeding wound..." he said his voice darkens.

"You cut open a wound that so many people have worked to fix"he said. Mashuri scoffed and rolled his eyes.
" and what wound was that? "
"You decide to remind (y/n),someone that you wanted to claim as there own,her biggest trama over what? An elephant?! Grow up"
" Don't tell me what to do cry baby-"
"My cries are real"he spat in demonic and terrifying tone. Mashuri stumbled back.
"Tell me...Origa mashuri..."he said. "Are your tears real?"

Midoryia walked away. Then stopped.
"Oh and Mashuri..." he said. Mashuri flinched at his name.
"I will use this against you"he said holding the Elephant for Mashuri to see. He walked back to (y/n) Shoto and bakugou.
" What did you tell him? "Bakugou asked cautiously.
"Something between the two of us... "He said. He bent down to (y/n).
"Are you okay,Do you feel better now?" he asked gently. (Y/n) nodded.
"Thank you for the cool spot in the plane..."
"Oh...of course I didn't want you to be next to him anyways"he said.
"Do you not like Mr.Mashuri"
"No I do not"he said. "I wouldn't like him if I was here or there I wouldn't like him anywhere" he said. (Y/n) laughed.
"I hate him"she said.
"Hates a strong word"
"It's the right word"she added. Midoryia chuckled and kisses her forehead.
" I guess I'll let you slide.. "He smiled.

TIME SKIP...

"You want (y/n) To speak? "Judy said.
"yes your honor "said one of the lawyers "I believe that (y/n) deserves a voice of what happened in the week" he said.
"Bring her in" she said.

(Y/n) walks in nervously as she walked in with Tashaki. And held a now patched up Zuzu and the best part was...Zuzu's head wasn't wabbely.
"(y/n)?"
" Y-yes Ms.Judge...? "She whimpered.
" please tell us about your week... "

"You not only destroy your own daughters toy but you use her bigger fear against her over a Damn elephant and kicked in the balls!?!"

"That is not excuse!" she snapped. "You sir are not qualified to be a parent!"
"I have a daughter anyways I can easily replace her!" Mashuri spat as he pointed to (y/n).
"God bless her soul then..." Judy mummbled
"By the power invested in me I hear by declare (y/n) to permanently with Deku till the day he dies!" she declared as she hit the hammer on the desk.
Midoryia jumped with joy as (y/n) smiled brightly.
Some people groaned as most people cheered.

Inko was watching and was crying tears of joy and happiness as she danced around.
"My babies!!"she said.
Dash and his family were watching from there hotel and were just as excited and happy as dash sighed in relief. He knew how much (y/n) wanted to stay with her father.
Deku Fans from all over the world were either in tears of joy passing money to one another or jumping around.
This was marked the biggest event on television it was better than the super bowl.

Midoryia picked (y/n) and kisses her cheek as she giggled happily.
" I get to stay I get to stay! "She cheered. Midoryia smiled as he began to cry.
"yes (y/n) You get to stay"he smiled.
" and I never have to leave or get taken away by scary family members"she said. Midoryia chuckled and laughed.
"Yeah" he said. (Y/n) wiped his tears.
"Why are you crying?"
" I happy that you get to stay with me"he said. (Y/n) smiled and kissed Midoryia on the cheek.
"I am too daddy!"she smiled.

Midoryia placed a restraining order against Mashuri.
