I laced up my one's then pulled my jean jacket closed. "You remember everything right?" Whitney looked at me while applying lip gloss. Whitney wasn't apart of the gang, but when I told her what I got sucked into she automatically volunteered to help. Plus this was up her ally anyway the acting it all. She said it would be great real life experience for any roles she'd get.

I went through the plan in my head. Get in scope the place and get the fuck out. You know that's not too hard.

"Well come on then let's go." She intertwined my hand in her's as we walked out the trap on our way to Club Los Centrales. It was a short 5 min walk away.

On the outside it didn't look to great. It looked run down and grimey. Walking in we passed a couple big ass bouncers that were slick scary as fuck. But once we got in the club looked nice and it was lit. It was packed as hell with a shit ton of people. We walked around scoping out the place but while trying to look regular. "Hey you see that up there?"

Looking up to where she was pointing there was a room with windows that looked over the entire club. "You think we should go up there?"

She nodded her head leading the way through the packed crowd. Walking up some stairs we found  our way to the room labeled VIP. Slowly twisting the knob it opened up. Revealing to us, what looked like an office. We quickly walked in closing the door and I locked it, just in case somebody tried to come in while we snooped.

"What the fuck are we even supposed to be looking for?!" Whitney asked looking around. "I don't even know, he just said if we think it's useful take it."

Going through drawers we looked for any items that would be useful to Demarcus. I found some keys and slid them into my pocket, also a small notepad with a bunch of numbers written on em. While Whitney stuffed any and everything in her purse.

Suddenly the door knob jiggled. And men's voices could be heard outside. We both froze in fear and a little bit of anticipation of what was going to happen. There was no where to run to and we didn't have any weapons on us so if we were caught we were dead for sure.

Once the jiggling stopped I got on the floor to see if I could see any shoes in front of the door. "I think they left, we should really get outta here." I whispered. We both tip toed to the door unlocking then peeping around the corners. Quickly locking the door back we made our way down the stairs.

We decided to stay for a bit and dance waiting for the boys to text us when they were ready for us to come back to the spot. Men were offering to buy us drinks left and right and who doesn't like free things.
Everything was good until people started screaming and shots rang out. The crowd of people started running towards the door trampling any and everybody. I found myself in the midst of the crowd running for dear life but looking back I lost Whitney in the crowd. Even more shots rang out again, as I ran for my life. The trap spot was the closest place to run to.

Making it behind the spot I texted Whitney telling her to come to the Trap spot hoping she'd answer or at least see it.

My chest heaved up and down, and my hands shook nervously and I chewed on my bottom lip.

"Babe, you good?" A voice asked out of nowhere scaring the shit out of me. Jahking appeared out of the darkness.

Hmmmm let me think. I was a goody two shoes that just made it out of her first mission barely unscathed, I was now apart of a gang that sells drugs and kills people, and my best friend wasn't answering her phone letting me know she was okay! No, I wasn't fucking good!

He touched my arm. But I quickly swatted him away. I hadn't talked to him since the day he told me he killed people and I wasn't bout to start now. I'd been avoiding him in training, on campus, and I planned to avoid him for the rest of my life if I could.

"You know you can't ignore me forever right?" He leaned against the house. Lighting a blunt and lifting it to his lips. I folded my arms humming looking out into the darkness, literally doing anything to distract me from him and my nerves.

Shots rang off in the distance, and some yelling could be heard. I instantly jumped running into his arms. I don't know how in the hell I'm supposed to go through with this mission in it's entirety. This life wasn't for.

He laughed holding me tight in his arms kissing me on the forehead. "Everything is going to be alright. I'm sure Whit is fine." I repeated to myself in my mind hoping that it was true.
