"You can say we'll be together, someday. But nothing last forever, nothing stays the same. So why can't I stop feeling, this way?"

Michael's P.O.V

I sighed as I walked through the busy street of Sydney, Australia. I finally came back after a 5 month tour with the lads.

I missed this place. I missed my parents, my dog, some of my friends, and practically the weather here. It was kinda tiring that we had to move places to places, but it's worth it if I get to live my dream and meet our lovely fans.

Seeing Starbucks just two stores away made me smile and pick up my pace heading towards it. I was greeted by the jingle of the door announcing my presence and by that wonderful smell of coffee as I stepped inside. The line was pretty short so I got to the cashier fast.

"Goodmorning sir, what would you like to order?" The cashier namely Ruth, answered. What? I read her name tag.

I scanned the large menu stuck to the wall behind her."Just a chocolate chip frapuccino would do."

"Name, sir?" She asked while getting a paper and a pen.

"George," I said suppressing a smirk.

She nodded, I payed for my drink and sat by near the window while I waited for my order.

I got bored easily and decided to get and scan my phone. I went to my pictures as I scrolled through each one of them.

A picture of the boys and me at the airport

A picture of the food we ate at some fancy hotel

Luke sleeping on the bus floor with his penguin boxers

Our fans at the meet & greet

Me and (Y/N) on my couch wearing reindeer headbands

Ashton stuffing a banana in his mouth

Calum's naked--

Whoa, back up for a second. I scrolled back to the picture of me and (Y/N). I smiled consciously.

I missed her. Like so much. I scrolled through some more photos of the both of us, and let me tell you, I had A LOT of them.

I finally remembered my coffee and looked up as the girl called out my fake name. I stood up and went over to get my cup.

I heard the jingle of the door signalling another customer but I didn't take a glance. I was about to walk over my table but instead I found a girl sitting there. I sighed and bit my lip, I looked around and saw no table available.

The girl didn't even come to order, she had this little notebook and she was holding a pencil as she looked out the window and quickly scribbled something down on her notebook.

I approached her slowly and stood there awkwardly. I faked a cough making her look at me with raising eyebrows.

My eyes widen at the same girl who was with me in the pictures.

"Michael!" She squealed in surprise as she stood up to hug me. I hugged her back.

"It's nice to see you again!"

I sighed and buried my head in her hair, sniffing on it."Yeah, it's been like 5 months, yeah?"

She giggled pulling back from the hug,"Yeah a little over 5 months and a half, after... the little break up."

It wasn't really a little break up....

I chuckled,"Yeah..."

I scratched the back of my head and looked back and forth from her and the table.

"Uhm, can I sit with you? I mean, you aren't waiting for someone and there's no seat available anywhere now.." I trailed off looking around and making my point.

"Sure!"

She took some of her scattered papers that fell of her notebook and shoved it inside her bag. I took a seat across from her started tapping on the table subconsciously while sipping on my frapp.

"So I see the tour is over now. How are the boys and you?"

"The tour went well, the boys are at home just chilling. I really missed it here so I decided to just go around and see if things are still the same, and surprisingly they still are," I say as I pointed to her with a grin.

She hasn't changed at all, the same style of outfit she has, her hair grew longer though, she's still as short as ever.

She laughed, I missed that laugh, I actually can't remember the last time I heard her melodious laugh. The way she would tilt her head back and her eyes would crinkle.

"I could say the same to you! Never changed, well except for the," she pointed to my hair then again, bursted out laughing.

I laughed along with her.

(A/N: Okay so I'm just gonna skip through some useless chit-chatter sooo zapppp)

After our long and very calming conversation the dreaded awkward silence finally came over.

I've been itching to ask this one question.

"What happened to us?" I blurted out, not being able to hold it back anymore.

She stared at me in shock as I wait for her response.

"W-what do you mean?" She started to get nervous.

"You know exactly what I mean. We were so fine but you literally broke it off with me when I was about to board my plane. Do you know how much that hurt me? Do you know how many times I called, texted and came back here for you?! Sadly when I came back again and again you weren't living in your old house anymore and now you're just sitting there as if nothing happened!!" I said while my voice was rising.

I could feel my eyes stinging, tears ready to spill from my eyes any second.

I looked at her and she's already crying. I blinked back my tears and came over to her and hugged her from behind.

"Y-you don't know-w.. how much I-it hurt me to l-leave you too," she said hiding her sobbing face in my sleeve,"I had-d to. I- didn't want to hold you back-k, I-i knew that I'd be distracting you so I d-did it for the better-r."

I sighed and laid my head on hers."Well I'm back now and I still love you. For the past 5 months I can never change my feelings for you even if I try. Would you please take me back?"

I kneel down to her while she was sitting and wiped her tears away as she finally calmed down.

She bit her lip and hesitantly nodded as I leaned in and gave her a passionate kiss, hearing the other customers clap for us.
