When We Met

Moving Forward

Time passed and I became close with each member. All 7 truly my guardian angels. Especially Namjoon. They really helped me through my struggles as I helped them. There was the time that I got the call saying that Jungkook hurt himself. I was on summer break luckily and they flew me out to be with them for the entire summer. I got to tour with them but I mostly went to look after Kookie and generally stay by his side. It was a lot of fun though getting to live that life, even if it was for a bit. I was officially introduced to ARMY as their special and really close friend. They happily accepted me as they were made aware of how I helped them through their own personal challenges and were especially grateful when BTS mentioned how I am looking out for their health while touring and any hate that was directed to me was dealt with quickly by other ARMY and I was extremely grateful for that. It wasn't long before my High School graduation came around. I believed that the boys wouldn't show up considering their busy schedule but when my name was called, guess who surprised me and were the loudest of the audience cheering me on and screaming my name. It was them. They continued even as I got off stage. Smiling I approached them when the ceremony was over and they were quick to surround me in a large hug and to pick me up. I snapped pictures with my family and the group as well. "YAH! We're so proud of you!!" Jin being the first to yell out happily. "Congratulations y/n-ah!!!" Tae gave his signature boxy smile holding me tightly. Namjoon walked up holding a rather large bouquet of roses showing off his dimples. "Congrats! You've earned it!" I thanked them and we all headed home before my graduation banquet the same evening. They all wanted to be my dates so I happily accepted. And while there Jin hopped on stage and actually sang a song he made and dedicated it to me "I will stay by your side, I will become your light. All for you. During bright day, during dark night, you stay by my side. When I'm sad, when I'm hurting, you just shine over me. More than any words, other than saying thank you, I will stay by your side. As time passed we all got older but our spirits never changed. We were still the same people that met 6 years ago. I'm still that fan out of millions that was given the chance of a lifetime and just so happened to have had someone on my side to have something that millions desired to have and I was lucky enough to be that person who's wish came true. I'm still that fan who always has moments of sheer panic when my favourite group release something and always is awe struck when coming face to face with the 7 people that changed my life. Namjoon and I got much closer and I must've done something right because one day Namjoon confessed for having feelings for me. And we went from a first date went to a fourth. A fourth date went to a 20th date. Months passed and I became his girlfriend. I was one of millions and he chose me. I'm that lucky someone out of millions that was with one of the 7 angels that so many love and adore. Our relationship was happily accepted by ARMY as they already knew me and believed that I was perfect and actually worthy of our strong leader Namjoon.
