Taylor's POV

Well I think you know who won. And if you think it was Daniel then you need to get your head checked cause it was obvious I won, because Daniel didn't use his brains as usual.

He uses say too much if his energy at once that in the end when he really needed it the most he didn't have it cause he wasted it.

As I stand at the finished line with a smirk on my face cause I won I look at Daniel who has a frustrated look on his face cause be lost. You can see him staring at me, the tension thick in the are but it was broken when we heard clapping. We both turned our heads to see Mrs. Katrina clapping with a smile on her face

"good job both of you. I'm very impressed but it's a shame it was all for nothing. " we both look at her with confused faces

"Taylor you will be paired with Daniel for the competition " I hear my teacher Mrs. Katrina say

"WHAT!" me and Daniel say at the same time

"your joking right I can't do that " I say as I look at her to see hoping she was going to tell me it was all a joke and I wasn't going to be stuck with the enemy but when I look at her all I see is a series face

"no I am not actually. You are going to compete in the mind over. With Daniel" she says well I look at her like she grew a second head

"you have too kidding me. I want to compete in this competition but if it has to be with miss I am crazy and I want everything my way then no way. I wouldn't usually after with her, actually I never agree with her with at this moment I agree with her. I can't do that " Daniel says

Wait did he just call be crazy? And I don't what everything my? That son little son if a b.....

I thought was cut of by Mrs. Katrina

"well kids that what I wanted to tell you in the start but you just so insisted that you wanted to race so you can and I quote finally  show Princess here who's king' " she says well looking at Daniel

I turn to Daniel with anger

"this is all your fault " I say

"my fault, how's it my fault "he says back in anger

"your the one who came up with the stupid idea to have a race " i say

"well you agreed to it in the first place. Maybe if you didn't want to be so much with me you wouldn't have agreed with me on this deal"he says

"are you implying that I wanted this to happen " I asked

"yes you desperate b-" he didn't finish he sentence cause next thing I know my fist is colliding with his face

"so let me get this straight, you punched him in the face because, he said that you like him " the principal said with a questioning like in his face

"no, he was basically calling me a hoe which I'm not. And plus he's trying to steal my spot in mind over which I earned fairly cause I won the race " I say

"but miss Winston weren't you informed by Mrs. Katrina that that the mind over was is for two participants this year because it's the last year for the mind over " the principle says

"yes but-" I didn't finish cause Mrs. Katrina entered the room with Daniel who was holding a ice pack by his eye, at this I smirked

"how dies it feel dipsh*t " I say

"Miss Winston language. I honestly don't know why you acting this way you are one of our most talented and respected students hear at this school, but this behavior is very unacceptable " he says

"I'm sorry sir. I will participate with Daniel in the games. I promise I- we won't disappoint you " I say

"very well, thank you for being so understanding. You and Daniel may leave " he says with a smile on his face

I existed the principles office well Daniel followed closely behind me. I turned around face Daniel. Just as I was about to say something to him Mrs. Katrina comes out

"OK I am so glad that you too have out your differences aside and decided to do the mind over together " she says with a small smile on her face

"it's not we had a choice " Daniel mutters under his breath well I  elbowed him the ribs, giving him a look that says be nice

He glared at me and put on a fake smile " sure we very happy too" he says

"OK so the mind over is in two months. You both have to train at least five days a week in the morning for at least three hours, so you'll have to wake up early if you want to get some good exercise. You can do it in the morning before school so you can rest on Saturdays and Sundays " she said

" Oh and you will get the level up schedule tomorrow. It will tell you which country you will go to if you move in to the next level it will also say what you will be doing in each level " she finishes

"that's all kids see you tomorrow training starts in two days, oh and Daniel I would like to speak to you tomorrow morning before practice " she says walking of

Just as she turns around the corner I face Daniel " lets get one thing straight, I'm in charge here. I won the race so that makes me the leader of this operation, got it. Capish " I say with a serious voice

" yes oh wise and bossy one " he says in a sarcastic voice

"OK good my passant " I say walking away

" hey, wait I'm not you passant " he says well I just walk away laughing

I finally updated in such a long time sorry to the people reading my book. I was trying to finish A way back first but as you can see I'm not done with that also so sorry about that also
