Tulip was a fine young man, he had a loving boyfriend and was working hard at becoming a novelist. He had hair that reached his neck that was a pale shade of dirty blond, he tended to wear sweaters that often made him seem smaller than he was but he never minded. His most iconic piece of clothing however was his bow tie, no mater where he was, what he was doing, or who he was speaking to, he'd always had on his lose fitting pink and purple bow tie. He was know in his school as the bow tie kid and almost anyone in his neighborhood could tell you who he was, even if you just asked who the bow tie kid was. He had been one a morning walk before heading to school, it was around 6:50 and his morning classes started at 7:30. Seeing as he had plenty of time to spare he'd chose to stop at a local cafe he had seen before. Having never gone before he wasn't fully aware if the cafe was open or not but luck was on his side as the cafe opened at 6:30 on weekdays.

Stepping into the small but cozy cafe Tulip made his way to the counter where a young man ,who seemed a little over his age, stood. Tulip looked at the hand written boards behind him and soon spotted his favorite tea choice on the beverage list. Ordering it and a small pastry of random, he had always liked pastries of any sort so it didn't bother him all to much, after doing so he went to a small table with two chairs right next to a window. The view there was perfect for sunrises or sunsets depending on how late you were to sit there. Soon the same fellow from the counter brought over his drink and pastry, which turned out to be a small chorley cake. "Ah thank you so much kind sir." Tulip spoke up his voice soft and wavering slightly due to his social awkwardness. Before the man could even tell Tulip the amount he owed, he had placed down 30 dollars. "I don't mind how much it actually costs. Just use any extra money to help this place. It seems like a lovely establishment and I would love to come here more often." Tulip's voice was more firm than the last time he had spoken because it was of course filled with passion. It had always been that way when ever he gets attached to something he does anything in his power to make sure it improves and has high chances of a good future.

Even though, he had only been in the cafe for about 10 minutes Tulip had already known he'd be back soon.  After about 5 or so minutes Tulip had finished the tea and the chorley cake, soon he made his way towards the door and left for school.

And just like that whenever he had gone on a morning walk or jog Tulip made it a habit to stop by that small cafe and get his favorite tea and new pastry. Always leaving more than needed and leaving shortly after eating to get to school. Soon Tulip had decided to go there on Saturdays as well as when he went on his morning walks. The cafe opened a little later on Saturdays but Tulip knew almost all the workers there , along with that, he had been given a special little gift form the owner. Tulip had grown familiar with the owner after some of the employees had told her about how generous he had been when he paid.  The gift he had been given was a key that allowed him to get into the cafe. When ever he chose to go on Saturdays he'd always be there about 30 minutes before the cafe opened to the general public.

But this Saturday was different. There was a new employee, he had medium length hair that was drawn back into a ponytail, a portion of it was covering up his right eye. He was sweeping the floors when Tulip used his key to get into the cafe. When the door let off the familiar chime Tulip had grown accustomed to the new worker's head lifted up in surprise, other than being told to sweep the only thing the other's told him was not to let any customers in until 10:30. "E-excuse me sir b-but I don't think you're allowed in here till 10:30" The rookie's voice was shaking and made it seem like he was about to cry. Another employee came out from the back shaking his head not looking up from his phone. "Hey kid I thought I told you not to let customers in until opening time." Samuel said, an employee that tulip meet early on.
