The Last Luna In Line

Chapter 2

As i walked through the doors of the pack house i got shivers down my spine as i passed my fathers portrait. Many believe hes innocent. At this point i dont know what to believe. As i reach the third floor ana was waiting for me with a very pissed off face.
Oh boy- Nina
"WHAT THE HELL GAB. Why did u call me here when the alpha wants to speak to YOU. Not me and not only that but inviting liam?! Are you mental?!"
I noticed my beta arrived since i felt his aura. "Whose mental?" Once he spoke ana shut her trap and turn her back walking into the office. Liam muttered, " seems like she hasn't changed." I chuckled, "i dont blame her." Once i sat down i waited for the guards to close the door.
" dont you think its stupid to leave the alpha waiting when he arrived 4 hours ago." Stated liam.
"With all due respect beta," i stood up , " hes not the packs alpha so he can wait for as long as i so chose. He wants to speak to me? Fine. But patience is a virtue." I looked out the window inspecting my- i mean the packs warriors. They are doing amazing... " The reason why called for this small meeting is because you both are the leaders of this pack-"
"Temporarily." Liam interrupted, "speak only when spoken to liam. Anyways i need your reinforcements. I want you both to be there when i speak to the alpha. Ana you are destined to be the betas mate including that you have royal blood as you know you are a delta. And liam you are my beta, so where you both like it or not fix your shit and leave it out of pack business am i understood?" 

They both nodded and stated "yes alpha." I smiled that why they are my friends they know i hate getting called luna. "Any opinions or questions?"
"Well alpha i just wanted to say that should we start anazlyzing what this alpha wants I mean he is our rival enemy for all we know this could be a trap." Ana said with concern. She always thinks ahead of the game which is why she makes a perfect delta. " well delta it's been over three generations since that war has broke out since then we haven't had a problem with them. Since we did win the war." The beta argued back.
"What the beta says is true in this matter i can feel the intentions of this Alpha being bad at this moment. When you guys met him what exactly was his appearance and his act?"
Ana started to ramble after i asked this , "omg abby i swear he's so tall and dreamy such aura coming from him of dominance he seem really respectful and kin-" ana was cut off by a growl emitting from Liam's mouth. i smiled, seems like the mate bond is still on after all. Liams reaction made ana blush. Liam stood up and snarled, "with all do respect alpha may i speak freely," i nodded,
Liam walked to the other side and yanked ana out of her seat saying lowly, " if i ever hear you speak about a man like that's again i swear to the goddess above i wont hesitate to punish you right here in front  of the alpha." She yanked her arm and sat down covers her face.
I mind linked her 'flustered a bit?'
She replied , ' shut up.'
I chuckled as i ordered the guards, "please bring Alpha Ace into the room and take your time."
I looked at my beta and delta dm smiled, "thank you for being here i really appreciate it." They just nodded as they sat in silence

As the office was left empty i poured a glass of whiskey. My dads favorite. I look at the glass cup as i lean against the glass of the video. I miss him if only he were here. I kept gazing as i noticed one of the warriors was a dad and he was teaching his younger daughter to fight

FLASHBACK-

" dad! How much longer!?" My dad chuckled and laughed giving off a warm smile and said, "rose, patience is a virtue. Pain is just a reaction your brain picks up first. Once you control how you feel," he  rested his hand on my shoulder " you will be able to with stand the  challenges of being an alpha."
I growled at his response, " dad. I'm not fit for luna, not only that but I'm 5th in line out of all my sisters." I looked down at the ground giving myself pity. He raised my chin and said , "you are right you are not fit to be luna. You are fit to be alpha. Gabriella you have more potential out of all your sisters. You can do this my daughter. When the time is right my angel." I turned as i say my oldest sister, Ariana, stomping back into the house. I wonder if she heard what dad had told me.
-END OF FLASH BACK-
Even if she had heard it wouldn't have matter i made the decision not to become alpha. She should be happy. She even knew I wasn't going to take the thrown yet. She still threw a hissy fit.

As i kept thinking about my family and bloodline  i had noticed a sweet scent come into the room. The scent of my mothers Christmas chocolate mixed with sweet rain. It mixed so well some how. Nina my wolf layed flat in my subconscious. Meaning only one thing.
"Mate."
