"Phi! I am nervous." The youngest among the 3 boys uttered while holding the hand of his 2nd oldest brother. His hands are cold, and he looks like he is about to faint from everything that is happening right now, if not for the stronger arms of his brother that was holding his.

The 2nd son of the family smiled as he kneeled in front of his youngest brother while he gently ruffles his hair "Don't worry, whatever the result is, you will still be our baby brother." He stated while gently squeezing his brother's cheeks. He looks around and saw his parents who are also pacing back and forth while waiting for the family doctor who will bring them the good news.

All family clans are required to have each family members be tested as to whether they are an Alpha, Omega or Beta. The best timeframe to do this is when the child reaches the age of 12 where their body and personality fully develop to be a teen. Each class represents the status of the family they came from and so, these results revealing day have the same importance as your 7th or your 18th birthday.

And this is why the youngest of the three boys is very nervous because he just had his test a week ago and both of his brothers are strong Alpha – a trademark of the Jiang family.

The oldest of the 3 boys didn't say anything as he waited beside his two brothers. The main door finally opens, and the most awaited medical staff arrived

"They're here!"

The family doctor glances at the three young boys staring at the youngest son longer than usual before he smiled gently and approached the head of the family.

"Mr and Mrs. Jiang, can we talk in private first?" the doctor asks making the excited parents frowned at the sudden request but agreed anyway as they led the doctor to the library.

The youngest child let out a deep sigh as he leans on the sofa "Phi, why are they taking so long for the result? I want to eat the cake that mom bakes for us." He whined while stomping his feet. He was on his teenage year but still acting like a toddler

"You can go ahead and eat first we will follow." The oldest among the three of them stated while calling the butler to help his brother out.

"Phi? What are you planning to do?" the second brother asks while looking at the other boy when their youngest brother is away from them.

"They're keeping secrets from us. I need to find out. Stay here." The oldest stated but his younger brother pulled his shirt stopping him from moving further away.

"let me go with you." His brother uttered and he could only nod his head.

The two boys slowly approach the library where the door is open slightly and you can hear the muffled conversation of the people inside the room.

"Are you kidding me Dr. Seth?" the head of the family asks, anger is evident on his voice

"Honey, please calm down." His wife uttered while trying to console her husband over the results they just heard today.

"Honey, how do you want me to react? Did you just hear what he said? Our youngest is not an Alpha nor an Omega. So, what does it mean?" Mr. Jiang asks while looking at the doctor in front of him.

"Mr. Jiang, what I suggest is we do this test again after a year to make sure that everything is alright with him. You see, with the other test conducted he shows either a trait of an Alpha or an omega except for this final test" The doctor explained

Mrs. Jiang sighed as she looks at the doctor and smiled politely "will there be a chance that the result will be different from what we have right now?" she asks

The doctor nods his head "it can happen Mrs. Jiang, we also find it weird to see the blood results that is why I went here immediately to discuss it with you." He answered

"so if he isn't either of the two, what is he? A beta?" Mr. Jiang asks while looking at the doctor.

The doctor shakes his head "we can't say that he is. So please let's take another test by next year. Maybe your son hasn't reached the maximum development we need to fully assess him." He answered before excusing himself to leave.

The two boys who were lurking outside were surprised when the youngest poke them from behind "Phi! What are you doing fun without me?" he asks while looking at his brothers

Both boys look at each other before they smiled at the youngest child "Nothing, did you finished all of the cake?" the 2nd brother asks while tackling his brother away from the library.

The oldest one decided to stay outside the room and that's where he saw his mother smiling at him.

"oh, what are you doing here?" she asks while caressing her oldest son's cheeks

"if he isn't an alpha or an omega, will that really matter?" he asks while staring at his mother's beautiful face. She's a dominant omega in her own right.

Mrs. Jiang smiled sadly as she hugs her oldest son "The world isn't nice as what you think it is my son." She uttered.
