My mother's close friend had that name, which led to promise to name her first daughter (which is me)/ Origin from Sanskrit,  deprived from Indra, a Hindu goddess of thunder, also means beauty

Character's Nickname:
Cristal, Chrystal, Indi (but this is never used like the two previous names), Cristal from my middle name, Cristallee

Reason or Story Behind Nickname:
-Cristal, (my dad only calls me by that name)
-Chrystal, (I prefer this name)
-Indi, (that name was once used all the time not much now)
