I yawned getting out a big stretch as I sat up on my bed scratching my hair. I got out and went into my bathroom doing all my hygiene. For the first time in a while I slept really good last night. I guess you could say I was sleep deprived.
I left out my new room getting hit with the smell of food. I smirked going downstairs seeing a whole entree on breakfast food. It was grits, waffles, bacon, omelettes, potatoes, and cranberry juice.
"It smells good" I mumbled sitting down.
"You hungry?" Katalina smiled pouring some cranberry juice in a glass cup.
"Yea" I stood up grabbing a glass plate.
"You sit, I'll make your plate" She smiled.
I rolled my eyes. "I got it" I told her and began piling my plate with food. Once I put everything I wanted on my plate along with my drink I sat down at the table trying my best to ignore the stares from both my sisters.
"What?" I spat looking up at them.
"Well, we cleared our whole schedule today for you because we wanna take you on a shopping spree" Kora smiled.
"For what?" I mugged taking a sip of my juice.
"Well for one you definitely need a new phone" Katalina laughed.
"Well my bad I didn't stay up to date with the phones. My stepdad was just too busy hitting me, and mom was too busy shoving down her medicine pills to buy me a new phone" I laughed along making them stop.
Kora cleared her throat. "Well um, before we do take you shopping today we need to talk" Kora mumbled.
I raised my eyebrows setting my fork down leaning back in my seat. "What is it?" I asked crossing my arms across my chest.
"Everyone who lives under this roof helps pay the bills which means your gonna have to get a job soon. We don't care where but your old enough to have a job now" She shrugged.
I chuckled biting the inside of my mouth. "So what is it y'all do? I know for a fact y'all didn't go to college so I'm curious." I asked.
"Well, I design clothes and I have my own clothing store here in Miami" Kora smiled. I turned my attention onto Katalina who was eating a bagel with orange juice. "And what about you?" I asked.
"I'm a model here in Miami" She nodded slowly biting into her bagel.
"Oh so that's why you can't eat the food you cooked? Does the model agency really make you wanna be anorexic?" I asked.
"Kya!" Kora yelled.
"What? I'm just curious" I laughed.
"Just get dressed and be down here in five minutes" Katalina said rolling her eyes.
I chuckled putting my plate in the sink and went upstairs to put on some chill clothes. My sisters were already dressed by the time I got downstairs and then we left.
"So where we goin first?" I asked.
"Just know we getting a lot done today" They smirked.

"Thanks for all this stuff, I appreciate it forreal" I smiled softly eating some of my pasta.
"Of course, you start school in 2 days & you deserve to look nice for your new school" Kora nodded.
"I guess" I shrugged. "I cant wait to be done wit school" I rolled my eyes.
"I miss my high school days" Kora pouted.
"You want desert or you wanna go home?" Katalina asked.
"Nah we can go, I'm tired as hell" I stretched.
After they paid for our dinner we left red lobsters and they drove back home and helped me set all my bags in my room.
"Goodnight" They both said leaving out my room.
I smiled softly seeing them leave out. I sighed looking at all the bags of clothes I was gonna have to put away. Today, I got my nails done, my toes, my hair curled, I got a new Iphone XR, some clothes mainly from Kora's boutique, and some jewelry and shoes.
Today was successful, I just hated that I was bouta start school but at least I'll be away from my sisters for a few hours during the day.
