"okay, noob let's start with the basics." Lizzy said.

She unzipped a bag and pulled out a mirror. "This a wishing mirror-" she started

"can I make actual wishes on it?" I asked hoping I can wish myself alive.

"no, are you stupid?" She asked.

I glared at her, hoping daggers would shoot out my eyes. " It's just named after the person who made it. Mike Wisher." She rolled her eyes. "Hmph ' can I make actual wishes?' What a stupid thing to ask."

" hey!" I exclaimed.

"okay, a wishing mirror is a mystic item to practice-"

"is it a training dummy?" I interrupted.

I smile sheepishly at her when she glared up at me. Her child-like face didn't make her look as angry, rather you can say she look like a bratt that didn't get her little doll she wanted there and then. Also the fact that she is short and looking up at me didn't much help. I couldn't help but laugh loudly at her. " sorry...I cant....I can't take it...." I said between laughing.

"let see who laugh last eh?" She dashed backwards.

My fit of laughter stopped when I saw she conjure a big fireball. The sheer heat singed my bangs. " look at my raw power!" She exclaimed.

Out of instinct I shielded my face from the fire. At first I felt intense heat then a light breeze as if I was in an open field. I removed my arms from my face to see scorch marks on the floor and tendrils of fire leading to me. But it stopped a yard or two away from me. I then realize I had errected a shield made of water. You can see the steam off of the quickly heated water. " how the-" Lizzy started. Then as if on queue the water dropped, Leaving a huge puddle on the floor.

" you don't have- how did you-" she stammered.

" I don't know!" I said lifting my arms. The water lifted up. "ummmm."

I spread my hands and the water spread. I formed an X with my arms and the water shifted into a shield 6 feet high. I clapped my hands then a stream of water splashed into lizzys face. "Funny." She said.

I didn't know hows its done. But I felt as if it was an extension of me. " it is" a familiar voice said.

At the door was one of the council of elders. She was suites in a summer kimono " it is rare to see another Raven in this realm."

She said.

"there's no common names in limbo." I asked

" no, there is less than the population of florida in this realm. And there are mostly on the middle earth than here." She walked to me. " your pretty strong aren't ya?"

" oh, I don't know. I just feel like something is attached to me. Kind of like a tail of some sorts." I shrugged.

"funny trying to say I'm an amateur next to you" lizzy gowered.

True true I thought. I smiled sheepishly. " they say innocence is best kept through out life unless war is waged" raven said.

I narrowed my eyes. I heard that qoute once before I never could not find who said it. " I heard that before who said that." I asked Raven.

" your Grandmother did. She makes a lot of proverbs. Some did surfaced to middle earth like that one." She said

"but what does it mean?"

"it means Childern grow up faster while war is going on. Hence loss of innocence." Lizzy said.

I started playing with my powers as lizzy drones on about non sense. Having a smile on her face like she knew everything and I cared. I gathered all the water and with my mind I formed shapes. I made a Triangle, sphere, heck I made the water spell my name. I smiled when I made it turn to a dog and made its mouth move."are you even listening" lizzy yelled.

I shook my head as I made the water into a spiked ball. Raven chuckled a bit. Lizzy scoff and stormed out of the room.

" what else can I do." I wondered.

"Try standing on it." Raven suggested.

I lowered the water near my feet. Made it into a board. Then place a foot on it To go thru it. Its form disrupted for a second. "its a science Raven.think what about water that makes it clump to together." Raven hinted.

I thought long and hard. I thought about all the properties of water. As if sparked I thought about surface tension. I could harden the surface and be able to step on it. Thinking about it made the water stiffen not like when frozen but like something is blocking the water from moving. So, I stepped on the water and it held. It was soft.under my feet so I thighten it even more. I stood on it. I laughed really hard as I willed the water to move. I moved all around the gym. "this is so cool!" I exclaimed.

"you can do other stuff too. But It's all based on your perspective on things." Raven said and with a smile. "let me go finish a meeting. I can't always be in two places at once."
