Chapter 2: No light, door locked just beer and Parker

*Lucy's POV*

I sat sown on one of the art tables, and took out my drawing pad. Mr Fritz my art teacher told us to draw shapes and forms, I began drawing a thin girl, and I drew her light brown, a bit curly and long.

"Nice drawing!" Josh said smirking.

"You don't like it?" I ask him.

"I do like it!" He winked at me.

That was weird, Josh never bothered to come and talk to me, this is the first time he came up to me and he even complimented me.

"Nice attitude, by the way." He said coming closer to me. He sat on the same table I did, and it felt weird but I liked it. Don't get me wrong, an art table has two seats, so we're not squished into one.

"Thanks." I reply, awkwardly. What am I supposed to say?!

"Like you said earlier, it's a laugh watching Alex getting annoyed!" He gave a laugh.

"And you're his friend!" I chuckle.

"Luuuuccy! "Ally screamed in my ear.

"What?" I scream back at her.

"Are you bringing your stuff to my house tomorrow, so we could get ready for the paaarty together?" She asked me smiling widely.

The party, I've been looking forward to for a week now! Nate a popular student invited me to his party on Monday, and I got excited. At first I didn't know he knew me, but he said he has geography with me, so he thought I would like to come. Unfortunately he's one of the guys who's friends with the popular crowd, but his alright.

"Err yeah; I already picked my outfit, you?"

"Yeeep! Ok see you tomorrow, Bye love!" She said giving me a quick hug, and went to another direction. I smiled at myself and walked down a street making my way to my house. I'm still happy about getting Parker mad. I mean he's not used to people standing up to him, maybe this will help him realise the kind of person he is!

I grabbed a big bag, and put my party clothes, some make up, my heels and other essentials. Its Saturday, 7:15pm, and I'm walking down to Ally's place. I knock on her door two times, and it flings open after a few seconds.

"Hey girl!" She screamed happily.

"Hi love, I got my clothes, are you done?" I ask her, she was wearing a bathrobe, but her makeup and hair was done.

"Oh yeah, I'm wearing the dress underneath it all, Go and change!" She said to me.

I went up to her bathroom, and stripped off my clothes. I put on a sleeveless black and white striped top, a high waisted electric pencil skirt. Sheer tights, and my electric blue high heels, with platforms!

As soon as I was done, Ally came to the bathroom, and ooohed at my outfit, I did the same, once I saw what she was wearing! A black bodycon sleeveless dress with pink tights, and black ankle boots. She looked so pretty.

She applied some eyeliner on me, and some mascara.

"You'll look good in red lipstick!" She squealed, getting excited.

When I finally looked at the mirror, I saw my face looking better than ever! She styled my hair, a bit simple, by grabbing a strand of hair, and clipping it back.
