I hadn't spoken with Nano until Saturday night, it was now Thursday and I had started missing him, but I couldn't just call him out of the blue. In school I was hanging with Samuel and Christian mainly, but with Ander, Marina and sometimes Carla too(I might be jealous, but I like her)

Anyway the week passed quietly, nothing really happened. Everyone was chatting about the gala at Carla's winery. I was invited. At first I thought I wouldn't attend, but because Samu and Christian would go, i decided to go too.

*time skip at the party*

I arrived with Christian, as Samuel was with Marina. I was wearing a dress that Carla had given to me and Christian was wearing a suit which was also a gift from Carla.

As we arrived, we saw Samuel with Marina, Guzman with Ander and Carla with Polo, after a while, Nadia arrived with Omar. In the party, I was kind of alone, as Christian was chatting with Carla's and Polo's parents, Marina was with Samuel and Ander was somewhere with Omar. Guzman got into a fight with Samuel and Samuel left, Marina following him. Guzman then, saw Ander with Omar and also his father doing crack.

I was all by myself, I had drunk some glasses of champagne, already feeling dizzy. After some while Marina appeared hand-in-hand with Samuel declaring they are in a relationship. I felt happy for my friend and went to congratulate them, but my happiness was adjourned by a scene, where Carla, Christian and Polo, kissing each other. The left running together. I promised Christian that I wouldn't be broken or too jealous but I couldn't...I just couldn't...

As I was waking to leave the party, Guzman stopped me and started shouting at me.He was probably too drunk

GUZMAN:"You.. you and your filthy friends, you come to our school, we open the doors to our houses and that's how you reciprocate?"

MARIA:"Guzman please I am not in the mood "

GUZMAN:"Go and tell the waiter to leave my sister alone, or..."

MARIA:"Or what?"I said and him being drunk caused him to slap me. I froze, I couldn't believe he did that, even though he is a jerk, I thought he has some self-respect

GUZMAN:"I am sorry, I am drunk, I didn't mean to..."

MARIA:"Save it"I said and left rapidly, trying to keep my tears back. I was broken, from everything...from Christian, from Guzman, even from Samuel, who didn't even care about me. He was too busy with his girlfriend, but I know I can't bear a grudge at him.

Anyway, as I left the gala, I started crying, I had drunk , so this made it easier for me to cry. When I calmed down a bit, a called a taxi, and from the taxi, I called Nano, he was the only one I could call

*on the phone call*

NANO:"Maria? Is everything okey? Aren't you at the party?"

The taxi left me right outside Nano's house, I paid and rung Nano's bell. He opened the door, shirtless, cigarette in hand, prettier than ever. And unless I had been so broken und tipsy, I could never do what I finally did. My eyes still red from crying
