Y/Ns pov ( flashback )

I was walking  around Josh's house, squishing past everyone to get to the back yard. As I got to the back yard I saw Anthony on the edge of a pool, so I walked over to him and sat down "hey ant" I told him "hey y/n" he says. Then we started talking about a lot of stuff "uhm y/n" he says and I look at him "what's up" I say "okay I need to ask you something" he says and I nod "okay what is it" I tell him "you can't keep denying it y/n I know you like Jaden" he says and I nod "you can't deny it y/- wait what" he says realized that I nodded "I do have feelings Anthony I was just afraid to tell you about them" I say and he hugs me "I can assure you he likes you too" he says and I nod

Jaden pov ( flash back still )

I saw Anthony and y/n talking out side so I went to go sit with them when I Heard y/n talking about something so I just decided to listen "I do have feelings Anthony I was just afraid to tell you about them" she tells him. Wait what, she likes Anthony? Then he hugged her, my eyes started to get watery and I walked away from them, what why does this have to happen to me, I like y/n no I love her and she likes Anthony, I can't be mad I can't be, he'll be a great guy for her and I only want what's best for her, only want what's best for her

Anthony's pov
"Jaden she liked you, not me" I tell him again "wait what" he says "exactly what I said she liked you not me" I say "huh, what" Jaden says again and I slap him on the head "STOP BEING SO FUCKING STUPID, SHE LIKED U" I yell and laugh "now why did you leave" I said and he looks at the ground "I uhm that's exactly why I left" he says "wait what" I ask "that's why I left, I thought she liked you so I just left, it hurt me knowing she liked someone else" he says "but she didn't Jaden she liked you, you couldn't just talked to her about it and maybe you would know that's she liked you that day" I tell him and he nods "I know I fucked up and she hates me now" he says and I shake my head slightly "no, no Jaden she may be  hurt, but she doesn't hate you, even if she tried to hate you she wouldn't get herself to do it, you just need to show her that you actually care about her to make her gain your trust back" I say and he nods then as soon as he does he looks at me "what?" I ask "wait you knew she liked me and you didn't even tell me anything?" He asks "no no don't put this one me jaden, you could've just asked her about it, as easy as that, you could've asked about it, it isn't my fault, this is on you Jaden" I say and he nods "I'll talk to her, I'm gonna let her trust me again and I mean it" he says and I smile "yes, that's what's gonna happen" I say and he half smiles "okay so when?" I ask him and he looks at me "no No no I'm not doing it today or tomorrow, I need my time" he says and I shake my head no "no no your gonna tell her tomorrow, I can't have my two best friends that love each other so much leave, do you know how hard it was for me to watch your friendship break apart, yes it hurt me even more than it hurt you and y/n, you wouldn't believe it but it did hurt me a lot I just didn't show it" I say and he looks at me worried

Jadens pov
Knowing that me and y/ns friendship break apart hurt Anthony more than it hurt me and y/n made me upset, I did that, I did that to Anthony, to me and mostly to y/n "I'm doing it tomorrow morning" I say and he looks at me with a sad yet confused face "I'm telling her everything tomorrow, and Im Fixing our friendship" I say and he smiles and high fives me
