Metanoia (Shigaraki x reader)

After Tenko killed his family he ran away, people looked his way and figured the heroes would find him soon but they never came. Instead a man named All For One came and saved the young boy from the streets.

"You're burdened with destructive impulses so strong that you cannot control them. That itchy ness is your body telling you that those impulses are over flowing." The older man told Tenko as he looked down at his smaller figure scratching at his neck.

"How strange. He seemed to have lost all his memories, and yet..." Kyudai Garaki started as he looked down at the small boy.

"He simply locked them away. But they're still inside of him. I had him wear his family's hands in order to keep them in check... But also aggravate them. Because he's still anxious. See? He's subconsciously holding back his quirk. But I will nurture him! He's just taken the first big step towards becoming a symbol of fear who lusts for destruction!" All for one went on about his family and the fear he could create throughout the world as Tenko killed two men.

I feel sick.
Like I want to vomit.
And yet.
Why is it that I'm so calm?
I feel like no matter what I do...
I'll be forgiven.

"Congratulations. You held back your tears, grit your teeth, and were reborn! Here's a present! It's the hands of those two, who helped send you down your new path!" All For One said as he sent five hands on the table in front of Tenko.

"Two...? But there's five hands." Tenko said confused as he looked at the extra hand.

"It's just a bonus, since one of them was completely broken. This way you'll never forget this important day. Now it's time to show everyone the new you: Tomura Shigaraki." All for one told him as the little boy put the hands on him.

"Tomura... Shigaraki...?" Tenko questioned as he looked up at his adoptive father.

"'Tomura' from the word 'Tomurau' which means mourn. It signifies the sadness that comes with death and parting. You have been reborn into the one who will mourn your former self: Tenko Shimura!" All For One explained to Tenko.

"And... what about Shigaraki...?" Tenko asked his small eyes staring at his saviour.

"It's my last name." All For One said as he smiled deviously at the blue haired boy.

As the Y/n's mother heard about the news she stopped everything she was doing. The news had the house on display, no one knew what had happened but they only found the bodies of Kotaro Shimura, Nao Shimura, Hana Shimura and two other bodies they couldn't find the names of, but Tenko was no where to be found so they suspected that a villain may have killed the family and took the son.

"Mummy! I'm home!" Y/n called out as she came home from her fathers house. The door closed as her father Oshima Masumi walked in.

Okita looked up from the television and quickly turned it off so her daughter didn't have to see what happened to the Shimura's.

"Hey sweetheart I missed you!" Okita said as she got tackled into a hug.

"I got a new toy! See!" Y/n pulled out a small teddy out from her bag and beamed at her mother.

"It's adorable. What's its name?" Her mother asked as she cuddled her daughter.

"Her names Naomi! Can I go and see Tenko? I really wanna show him Naomi!" Y/n asked as she played with the teddie.

"Oh... I have something I need to tell you..." Her mother said sadly as she pulled out of the hug and explained what happened to the Shimura's but not in too much detail.

Y/n cried for the rest of the day as Okita tried to calm her down but it was no use.
